I initially did not like it at all. After seeing the official pictures out in the daylight I think it looks great. I'm a big fan of Southwest.

I think the font looks like a TUIfly jet. I don't like the cartoonish nature of the font but the paint looks good.

I agree and I love it. I also love the canyon blue but I hated the gold. Can hardly wait to see a paint for this.

I always thought the -800 looked weird with the Canyon Blue livery (the stretched CB paint was not pleasing to the eye). By contrast the -700 looked perfect. I could see someone saying they needed an update that would better complement the -800. The fact that they are going international they needed to move past the small cute little airline look. I'm not a fan just the same it looks good on the -800.

I don't mind the scheme but I don't like SOUTHWEST painted down the side.  I prefer it on the tail where it has always been.   Don't like the engines being tainted with text either.

Looks good to me! I love change....hope to see some more soon!
