Payware Business Jet

Featured Replies

Dear captains: I am searching for a top quality payware business jet - but not a tube liner.

Any recommendations ?

Eaglesoft Citation X v2

Eaglesoft Citation is very hard on frames. But good nevertheless according to reviews.

Lionheart Lear?

Flight 1 King Air...not a jet but good performance.

Eaglesoft Citation X v2.0 is the best out there and I haven't had any performance issues.  Almost every system is modelled and you can even shoot RNP approaches. If you like turboprops, the MilViz King Air 350i is a great aircraft, even in its alpha stage.

Flight1 Mustang, small jet but very popular in the real world and Flight1 did a fantastic job. Little hard on FPS...

Flight 1 Cessna Mustang, the best Business Jet for FS by far.   Still has beautiful texturing that comptes with modern releases.  One of the most functional G1000 simulations, and full systems coverage.

The Eaglesoft Citation X has fantastic systems and flight dynamics but the texturing gives away the fact that it is a 2009 addon.

Lionheart Lear 24 - forget it (IMHO).... default FSX autopilot and main systems, with a few bolt-ons. Ridiculously overpowered FDE and just not in the same league as the above two.

I would go with EagleSoft. Have not tried it in P3D yet, but I want to.

I loved it in FSX. It is more of a systems jet though, so don't expect Carenado interior, as it is a little older, but one of the most in-depth ones out there I think as of now. Can't wait for their newer stuff.

Best imho is also the Eaglesoft Citation X.  It's got dated graphics but in depth systems as well as navigraph support with VNAV/LNAV etc.  And it's fast! - http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/CitationX_20.htm

Close second is Flight1's Mustang/though I prefer their King air, more G1000 features (no vnav on either though), and the glass is better performing on the king air, mustang is quite rough on fps -http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=f1mustang

Milviz 350i alpha is great too, but the glass needs some optimization still...can be tough on perf as well - http://milviz.com/fs/item.php?id=B350i

There's some other Eaglesoft stuff - http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/CitationCJ1+_20.htm, along with default based jets like Lionheart's latest LJ24B - http://www.lionheartcreations.com/LJ24B.html, Extreme prototypes Lear20 something - https://xtremeprototypes.com/en/product_20series.asp, justflight hawker jet - http://www.justflight.com/product/800xp-bizjet, Carenado's decent Phenom 100 - http://www.carenado.com/CarSite/Portal/index.php

Wilco's is a piece of junk default type setup

Carenado also has a nice looking Hawker jet coming up but they delayed it because they're addin FMS with navigraph - probably wont be done till early next year though

Eaglesoft has a C56X (I think) coming sometime too... preview pics on their forums.

Oh, don't forget the Lotussim L39 - not really a bizjet, but a fast personal jet with RXP 430W integration - very easy on fps, amazing handling, good systems

I'd have a a beer with anyone who, in actuality, used a L39 as a business jet.

Milviz Person.

I do it all the time online....  I'm sure in the real world its super expensive... I think that jet would blow 100 dollar bills out the back like crazy hehe

awesome. Carenado does some amazing graphics. Wish all add-ons would be like Carenado. How they do it? I don't know, but it's the best I've seen. Eaglesoft Citation is not for me. The graphics certainly kills it completely for me. I could not drive a 2014 Ferrari engine with a Ford pinto type body.

F1 Citation Mustang is my favorite business jet. Period!

Ryan,

You suggest the Milviz B350 as if it were available to fly. Is it and, if so, where??
