November 24, 201411 yr Great shots and aircraft Scotchegg. Is it a CArenado? Yes SMP v2 is great. I am also experimenting with EFASS, just to check the weather injector component. So far I am liking it too, and it combines pretty well with SMP v2 Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
November 24, 201411 yr Very nice night pics Scotchegg, let me ask a personal question. What would be your favourite aircraft for Evening flight.

Unfortunately I couldn't get EFASS to work properly when I tried it a while ago but it's on my list of things to have another go at. Does it hold weather systems so you can fly away from and into them rather than having them suddenly appear / disappear? Very nice night pics Scotchegg, let me ask a personal question. What would be your favourite aircraft for Evening flight. Thanks my Poppet. I like anything with nice cockpit lighting, and Dan Klaue's work for Carenado has produced some very nicely lit cockpits! The Malibu or the King Air are favourites at the moment:) i910900k, RTX 3090, 32GB DDR4 RAM, AW3423DW, Ruddy girt big mug of Yorkshire Tea
November 24, 201411 yr Moderator Superb shots, very atmospheric. SMP v2.1 is superb and one of the best addons available for X-Plane IMO.
November 24, 201411 yr Well, regarding your weather systems question scotchegg, it's still not possible for me to answer because I just installed EFASS and had a few minutes with it. At least it did create various cloud layers consistently at the 4 aerodromes I tested, given the METAR and winds aloft information available. I will test with convective systems and report back, only next week :-/ Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

BTW did you ever get a response from the Aerowinx guy about converting his weather engine? And in the meantime, some more fluffy goodness from a short hop just now in NZ: i910900k, RTX 3090, 32GB DDR4 RAM, AW3423DW, Ruddy girt big mug of Yorkshire Tea
November 24, 201411 yr Any of you guys and girls on Steam? Airport Mykonos has just been released, 19 Euro. It states that there's coverag of 140 square kilometres, sounds like great value, really this big?

It states that there's coverag of 140 square kilometres, sounds like great value, really this big? The whole island is covered with orthophotos and houses around the airport, apart from that, about on half of the island. It's well worth the price. And although not related to the original posting ^_^ ... if you like a short hop from Mykonos to a very close island - have a look at Santorini. It's free, with houses all over the island. I am currently working on further updates. Apart from that - very atmospheric screenies . My sceneries (excerpt): LPMA Madeira (XPFR), LGSR Santorini, LRBV Brasov, the city of Fürth (Germany), several libraries, ...
