This is one thread that I have missed since the forum update got rid of the "threads I have posted in" section at the top of the page. So, it appears that an update is scheduled to be released this Saturday? Can I ask if it includes any additional ships around the UK and/or Ireland?

Yes, there are several new routes for the UK snd Ireland  and also a few british navy ships including the frigates Montrose and Monmouth and the new OPV P222 Forth.

That sounds really cool. Maybe you could think about HMS Queen Elizabeth (aircraft carrier) for a future update?

The package has been sent to Avsim :D In the first place it is  an update package with 200 new ships and more than 200 new routes across the globe. This means you need to have the Global AI Ship Traffic V1 installed first in order to benefit. I hope the file will be available for download later today but that now dépends on the Avsim team.

Brilliant, Thanks so much for all your hard work Hendrik!

Thank you Henrik & co.  I don't actively seek out the vessels when I'm flying, but it is a pleasant surprise to see then going about their business.

Thanks for your comments. It has been a long road to get here. I thought I would have finished in 5-6 months but new ideas kept coming, and with the help of team members the latest update includes some of the most important units of more than 10 navies from around the world.

This is awesome, I can't wait! Thank you for all the hard work to everyone involved.

Your F215 Brandenburg model was really a last minute model, but it added Germany to the fleet which also counts navy units from France (3), UK (2), Canada (1), US (3), Denmark (1), Norway (1). For those who wants to see the fleet they depart on Mondays at 07:00 GMT from the coast in front of the Danish military exercise area at Oksbøl, North West of Esbjerg Airport.

Models in this screenshot are by Jean-Pierre Fillion, Sébastian Viale, Alberto Garcia, Lazarus Starkweather, Manfred Siedler and Henrik Nielsen.

I know you are a fan of the merchant ships; when the project started there were almost non available so if you read my text for the very first package you will see that the project actually started due to the lack of the merchant ships... now I think we almost solved that problem, so I allowed myself to please the fans of the haze gray ships and extend the availability beyond the usual few countries and instead include navy ships from China, Taiwan, Thailand, Togo, Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire, Egypt, Chile, Spain, Brazil, Romania, Norway.... and a few from the usual suspects US, France and UK....

Regards to the deck on the Cap San Diego... We will have to talk with Erwin, but it might not always have had the same colour...
