Phenom Autopilot

Featured Replies

Thanks for the vnav update!

So based on the price of the Citation airac "update", we need to spend at least €50,- for an airplane with an old airac (2013...), tons of 'simple' bugs, no failure modelling, ......

Okay, I'll just stop writing.

The Phenom 300 costs US$ 39.95. The upgrade to the version with Navigraph AIRAC support (as soon as available) will cost additional $ 5 for a limited time, then $ 10.

So for about 50 bucks total I could have had a beautiful but buggy aircraft so instead I bought a whole sim for 60 bucks. I bought X Plane instead of buying the 300 and the interesting part is that Corenado's X Plane series works much better in that sim then they do in FSX or PD3.

Hi,

Would you please define "much better"?

Thanks,

Bill

Question about the autopilot.  Upgraded to version 1.2 but still having issues, perhaps it's me not doing something correctly.  Trying to figure out how to "arm" the ALTS so that the VS stops at the dialed in altitude.  Anyone want to give me the right procedure?

Also, if anyone has Bert's G750 mod for this aircraft place PM me.  I have his e-mail but I think he said he was on vacation.  Thanks.

Hello, just did the first test flight and noticed that my GF-MCP Altitude select did not function.  The rest works fine, but had to use the virtual Alt Select to dial in the altitude.  With the previous Carenado Phenom 100, altitude select worked fine with the GF-MCP.

I don't have any GoFlight hardware, but I believe the issue you're having is that the P100 autopilot apparently used mostly default FSX A/P stuff (which interfaces with GoFlight), whereas the P300 is using a custom autopilot, programmed by Carenado.

Send me a pm or email..

I join a question

I put it in last night  here's the changes - but still can't get Bert's 750 in but eventually i'll get some one to help me with team view

Fixes: Autopilot ALTS function, FD mode, Minor bugs fixed. Customers should download the package again from the link provided. Downloads and installations were increased. You should uninstall the aircraft before installing this new version.

I think I'm on version 1.2 so I hope this fixes things.  I am also having problems getting the GN 750 mod to work, even though it works great on the Hawker and  Kodiak Quest.  Wonder what we are doing wrong?

I'm getting used to the G1000 and I'll problem fly the downloaded version if they fixed the autopilot.

Installed Version 1.3 and still the Problems with the AP.

The Jet shoot over the Speed I have dialed in, the Altitude isn't accepted and it shoot over it...

What is Carenado doing with this one?? :-/  :Shame On You: :nea:
