I haven't seen these before. Looks great!  Very much looking forward to it.

I know a lot of people would rather have a 737 from pmdg, but personally, I like that they chose this as there first dip into X-plane.  Love old classics like this!

Looks to be coming along nicely.

Looks awesome, but I worry it's not going to appeal to the majority of PMDGs core buyers due to its non automated flights.

pure awesomeness

They stated numerous times that the reason they choose that plane is that it appealed to all their developers and thats the best way to learn something new. Also they stated that they will not base the viablitly of the plattform with this plane. This is to learn the in and outs of x-plane. The future of the plattform will be based on the release of their first core product.

Very nice  B)

I will echo that statement. X-Plane definitely needs more classic planes, and DC-6 is an awesome choice by PMDG. I was worried a bit, as it was flown by crew of three. No way I could have done everything properly by myself. Their AI crew members is a witty way of dealing with that issue. Can't wait :)

I also enjoy flying the classics and am looking forward to flying this aircraft.
