X-Enviro is OUT

Final shot...no other weather engine could produce this simulated view...the trailing edge of the cloud base, giving way to the river below us.  Just deadly...

I like it a bit more with every flight, because no two flights are the same, and the weather is always different, always surprising, always beautiful!

That's something I've come to realize too, and this fact makes the product 100% worth the money alone. In the real world, the skies always look a bit different, even if you fly on two separate days each reporting 3/6 broken. The problem with SMP, even decked out with RWC and FSGRW, was that it seemed to give 'canned' representations of weather. You get used to what 'overcast' looks like, and what 'scattered clouds' look like, and it looks the same each time. Somehow, these guys managed to solve this problem. I used to try to fly only in clear skies because any weather depiction in XPlane disappointed me, but not anymore! Revolutionary Product+Stable with no major drawbacks+Active updates based on direct customer feedback+Friendly, prompt customer support=Product (and dev team) of the year IMO

I totally agree with your statement.  Always (SMP v3/v4) looked the same.  My first flight in XEnviro, so far, is totally dynamic....and quite frankly now...I don't give a rat's butt, whether those clouds are 2D, or volumetric.   I give a concern to how 'real' it mimics what I see when I fly commercially.  This does the number....   XP 10/11 and XEnviro, is simply killer now....

I feel so left out.:Sick::Cry:

And Amen again! ;-)

The thing is, that one has to see it in person!

Screenshots and compressed videos don't do it justice.

I am simming since FSII (C64), and this is definitely the most realistic weather/environment simulation I've ever used in any flight sim platform!

On every flight, there is something that makes my jaw drop, and I just can't stop hitting shift & space! ;-)

Even if 1.05 was the final state, I would rate this product a 10/10. But I am pretty sure, that these guys will deliver some very nice improvements with future updates.

I agree with everybody...this product gives the most real-world apperance within the XP franchise, yet.

Amen....Rich...over the last two hours....flight in real time,  what I see now in XP10 or 11.... is what I see with my face jammed against the glass, out there in the real deal...

oh...yeah..I'm not going to lie...it was paying a price for an add-on weather engine, that was the same price as the entire sim. That was my hand-wringing.  I got past that, seduced by all the great pics by you and the other folks.  You guys are like Tequila....you make me spend money...like John Pinette, I said at first, 'Nay, Nay'...but...my posts now say otherwise, LOLOLOL!

Cheers n' Beers...and oh yeah...a shot of Tequila!

Make yourself a christmas present and buy it!

You'll love it!

Best All-In-One weather plugin I have purchased so far,  like Mitch said, it can only go up-up and away.

Great pics!

Sorry DJJose, it already got me. I fell into its trap  :P

Does it have a historical weather feature where it syncs to whatever date/time is set in the sim and downloads the appropriate weather? Or is it real-time (current) weather only at the moment?

Goodbye money, hello Xenviro.

Only real-time at this point.  Historical is on the road map.

Stop it, please, or I will have to buy this... Some of the screenshots look very impressive...! Seems to do an even better job with clouds up to and over the horizon than ASN...?!
