Recommended Posts

So i'll ask the $64 question, will some of these aircraft be updated for v4?

+1 ....  Is it compatible with P3DV4?    Will it be updated?    Sorry to insist, but this is a very important aircraft for the flightsim community.

Well that is certainly good news. Also good news is that although still under development, Pete Dowson has just released an initial version of FSUIPC5 for P3Dv4.

Hi Floyd,

Do you have any switch sounds?  I have it installed and flying great in V4 but no switch, gear, flap, etc sounds.  Not a big deal at all, just curious.  Can't wait for F1 to update the GTN.

Hi Matt

I have no switch sounds either. Funny thing is I didn't even realize it, until your post ;)

The Lear's load manager, sound and fuel dump gauges will not work in P3Dv4 until they're recompiled in 64 bit format.

Hi Folks,

It looks like one of the big new features is lights ? Anyone know if the landing/taxi lights are any better in v4 than they were in v3 ???

Thanks...

I tried the MU-2, cockpit and cabin flood lights don't work, the lamp turns on, but no light. moreover the beacon light illuminates inside the cockpit in a reddish flavor. Other lights are great, I find them much better than V3.

I went to their site and submitted this question about their Learjet35A and P3Dv4:

Will you announce on your forum in AVSIM when FSW Learjet will be available for P3Dv4?
Or, via SimMarket?

I got this answer today:

Dear Customer,

All of our products are already state that they work for all versions of P3D. We do not need to announce anything. Check the requirements at any store. Should say "P3D All Versions".

P3D V4 is mostly about a scenery update and now 64 bit. The aircraft will not be effected. Our fuel manager installer may not work for V4 but the manual instructions on how to install it will work.

So yes our aircraft will work as we stated all version of P3D under requirements.
