July 1, 20178 yr Can't even imagine the burden of both installs / uninstalls to my poor SSD. I went XP11 for good the day it was released. It is still, by far, my preferred uninstall :-) Now, seriously, and because I do not have much add-ons for any of my sims, and all of the addons I had for XP10 are either compatible or were updated, going back to XP11 was out of question... Better graphics and overall stability and performance, and I still hope for the upcoming flight dynamics in 11.10, which will never be brought to XP10. Also, after adapting to the new GUI, I really like it. Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

July 14, 20178 yr Of course I want XP to further mature and develop, so I bought and mainly use XP11. But there's really nothing (yet) in 11 that makes me feel it's definitely the better sim. I don't care for reflections, PBR, haze and the new stuff, but that's maybe because I don't have seen an addon yet that takes full advantage of the new techniques. Performance-wise, 10.36 was the best for me, but the current 11 non-beta is also running very fine on my hardware.

August 22, 20178 yr someone should do an x-plane 11 and p3d poll, i am curious to see how many people moved to x-plane or use both now.
