Here are some paints I did for the wonderful Xtreme Prototypes Lear 25d v2.1.

First is a similar paint to a real world livery. The blue is done in metal flake seen only in bright sunlight on highlighted areas.

Next up is a real world paint depicting the livery of famous drag racer Don Prudhomme's Lear 25d. This livery features new cockpit wall art about 70's era drag racing, pilots with sunglasses and Don's "The Snake" logo on shirts. Sheepskin seat covers also included.

Next up is a fantasy livery in Gold and Black. The gold is done in metal flake and only shows in bright  sunlight in highlighted areas like real metal flake.

Nice work. Its a real beautiful plane. The best small biz jet available in my opinion. I purchased it a week ago and its all I've been flying. Think I've done about a dozen flight now.

Beautiful repaints, Paul! No I don't have the Lear, but I used to have the Hot Wheels toy of Tom McEwan's Mongoose!

I like that Black and Gold paint job, it's very cool.  Should do it for the Fly Sim Ware Lear 35 too, good as they are systems-wise the paint jobs for Fly Sim Ware aeroplanes leave a lot to be desired, it's certainly not their strong point.

Thanks,  I do have a few Flysimware paints that I should upload someday soon. I did some work on the Flysimware Lear for Mark and did some cockpit textures and this paint for the release.

How do we get these paints?

Hey Airlimo,

I would suspect you'd get them as Paul mentions here:

Hey Paul, great paints (I know this is an older post brought back up)....I think I had that "Snake vs Mongoose" poster back in the day.  I was a Snake fan and my brother liked the Mongoose...we had the Revell kits.

I love the groovy font they used back then. LOL.
