Just updated with this new patch and still the same problem! Nose down attitude on final approach, aircraft unsteerable on landing with it just sliding off the runway and absolutely horrendous fps! Really getting fed up with it now to be honest!

 

Odd as I have none of the problems. No doubt I'd be frustrated if I did, but it doesn't seem indicative of the aircraft itself necessarily or it would be a problem for everyone. Have you sought support from the dev?

Go ask FSL for help they will even to remote view to help people, never seen your problems.

What's your updraft and downdraft settings in activesky? 

What cpu/gpu do you have? 

Are you using steering tiller? 

What's your texture settings in the sim? 

Are you flying into large airports? Ie Lgw, Lhr, lax, yyz???

It's it frame rate issues or stuttering?

I already went there. I could see other people with similar problems. The advice was a clean reinstall which I did but didn't fix it. Interestingly it only seems to effect the CFM variant.

NOTE: Sorry. I did not read your last post before I wrote this.......

You wrote: "Updated with new Patch". Just to be shore. It is no patch. You have to uninstall the previous version and install from scratch.  I have no problems at all. Brake handling is even much improved (not that very hard braking (like overreacting) anymore).

Not sure on the active sky settings but it's only effecting the CFM variant it seems. Both worked fine previously.

Cpu is i7 7700k and gpu is 1070.

Steering tiller is activated by holding , and twisting my flight stick.

 

Texture settings are around 2k i think. One down from 4k.

This problem happens everywhere. Large cities and more remote airports.

I tend to get heavy stuttering on short final and then it clears just before landing.

So I noticed the IAE engine sounds seem much different, is this more to how they sound in the flight deck than vs as a passenger?  I almost thought I broke something after all the updates I finally got around to until I saw this post.  So far they seem less pronounced in the flight deck then the previous versions.

and  you posting  your  issue  here  to  get  it  fixed,  if  you want  to get  it  solved  best bet is  to post it  in the  fsl forum

Yes, been there done that thanks. No joy. Was interested to see if anyone here had the issue and what solution (if any) was found.

The plane is VERY sensitive to the AS settings as well as to EZDOK turbulence settings. If a turbulence or a wind-shear present during the approach, beware! PMDG and other are more forgiving in this respect.

did  you raise  a support  ticket  they  will  do a  remote one on  one  if  need  to

 Unfortunately , when installing a more recent version , I have to completely nuke all the folders after uninstalling the old version ( the FSLABS entry in c/Program files , and the entire entry in the add-on folder( including livieries)

If not , I get a CTD with ucrtbase.dll as the offending module when loading up the plane( with an existing livery)

Deleting all traces of the old installation , and then re-installing everything ( a bit more time consuming) resolves the issue.

I was following a thread where someone else had reported a similar issue. Anyway I'm pleased to say I've resolved the issue, I did a clean install again, and this time I made sure to delete absolutely everything across my system to do with Fslabs. It now seems to be working again as expected so I guess the problem must have been some file that slipped through the net last time I did this!
