No additional email has been received as stated in the quote I just sent. Until I get d/l instructions, the above doesn't mean a thing.

BTW, I received the acceptance email around noon today (24th) so maybe it is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand typed!

I believe sometime tonight they will open up access.  It is obvious they are monitoring forums and wouldn't deliberately place that on their website

So many amazing things in Episode 2, but my favorite was at 7:25 seeing the timelapse of clouds interacting with mountain updrafts!

Cant describe it any better 👍👍👍

Image removed as image is no longer available.

Has anyone watched the "Go God Go" episode of South Park when Cartman gets the idea of trying to cryogenically freeze himself because he just can't wait any longer for the Nintendo Wii to be released?

Maybe Cartman was onto something...

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

1080p doesn't do justice to these episodes. I really wish they would do these episodes in 4k!

Was that as a result of praying to get the MS email instead of praying for world peace which is what you are supposed to be doing?🤨

The weather system is amazing but the clouds look a bit smooth/soft. Like they appear without a clear shape. Someone else noticed this ?

yes. great video, but cloud immersion is strange...blurried. the cloud definition when you are near them is not like definition sides of buildings, mountains etc...maybe is because of the video?

Clouds are soft and fluffy. They don't have 'sharp edges!'

Looks absolutely incredible!

The volumetric clouds got me wondering if we'll see clouds react to aircraft moving through them?

Something like this:

About 86 percent sure I won't be investing anymore money into p3d. I will use what I have until this sim is released, see how it runs and see how long it takes to get a good 3rd party plane.

Impressive indeed. I can't wait to see if we, canadians, will be lucky to have snow with accumulation for some challenging IFR during our winters' snow storms.

Well, there are days when clouds can have really sharp edges, almost unreal. I have seen them and so have many, I suspect.

I really do like the look of the clouds in MSFS. Bring it on!
