Could you give me the link to the reddit thread please ?

The Subreddit Admins are banning/deleting any actual discussion of the Alpha outside of saying you got in.

Actually, I think footage will be hard to come by. Massive opaque watermarks with your gamertag and a little floater that bounces around. At least, if someone posts anything, they will get snuffed out pretty quickly unless they blur most of the screen.

I knew that would be the case, Microsoft aren't idiots.

77GB for the alpha version! My (very slim) P3D install uses just 21GB...

Sucks for me but sucks for them too. They must be dying to share their viewpoints with each other but cant due to NDA.

The MSFS internal forums are open now, so that's not the case.

Interesting, insider forums are still 'coming soon' for me.

It seems like all the alpha testers have left the forum, we are left alone

if they can't share anything what would you expect to see from them anyway?

Maybe they just enjoy our company

Not surprising. I mean if I got in, I'd be gone for days lol.

I would rather get in on the Alpha or beta testing rather than just buying it when its released because that way I get to try it before I buy it.

Except and Alpha and Beta are not the final product. They would not represent the final version you would buy.

The Final beta test would probably be the closest to final, but still.

You have to submit an approval request for forum access. I don't know how long that process takes (haven't had time to mess with it yet).

While disappointed not in the Alpha right now, there's no point in making a big deal about it because its not going to change anything.

I just hope that all these users who are in the Alpha dont blow it for the rest of us or for future testing by breaking the NDA.  All it takes is one or two and suddenly they could pull a large part of the Alpha or Beta testing.
