February 29, 20206 yr That thunderstorm-system looks really scary! For the first time in a sim, I would actually have serious doubts, of whether or not I would fly in bad weather... Well done, Asobo! Anyhow,we all know that this is an alpha release, of which there may be more, then comes the beta release, maybe also a few, then the release candidate version.. Maybe the double sun causing double shadows will be fixed sometime by then. In old MS flight sim money this will be FS11 and I suspect FS12 Development will start after the full release of this version which has been every 2years, FS98, FS2000, FS2002 , FS 2400 , FSX . I still have the disc but I suspect this will be a digital version not disc. Raymond Fry.

I think software development has gone into this direction. It's favorable for the devs and also favorable for addon compatibility (so, for us). 🙂 Happy with MSFS 🙂 home simming evolved
February 29, 20206 yr Great one of purchase for life everything included, lets hope that one of purchase gets enough money to continue development for 10 years for free. unlike MS previous flight sims, I'm in. Raymond Fry.

Yeah, that sounds unreasonable. But that's probably because the financial model could be a more recent one as well -> ingame sales. There are some games that totally dropped the price tag in favor of selling ingame items. Edited February 29, 20206 yr by tweekz Happy with MSFS 🙂 home simming evolved
February 29, 20206 yr We will see but just like other sims a new version will keep the revenue for development roll in is more likely. Raymond Fry.

I dont know how 3pd keep up while still producing new products.

February 29, 20206 yr MSFS will be like Windows 10,with ongoing updates, instead of having different versions. (in all probability) Robin "Onward & Upward" ... To the Stars, & Beyond...

Anyone know? Based on the vegetation/architecture, it appears to be in the Mediterranean region. Also, these shots have shown great regional architecture too! Edited February 29, 20206 yr by ual763
