April 11, 20206 yr $12.99 upgrade price. Performance is better than the original, and it looks great. Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
April 11, 20206 yr purchased also the upgrade. C. W. ,Ryzen 9 5950X @H2O , 32 GB RAM DDR4 3600 Mhz CL15 , Corsair MP600 Pro Watercooled 2 TB for P3D, Samsung SSD980 1 TB for Addons and Crucial MMX500, Red Devil Ultimate 6900 XT
April 12, 20206 yr Purchased, installed, took it for a quick spin with the default F22. I gotta say, performance is stellar. In the absence of FFTF Dynamic I managed to get a consistent 30FPS. Performance dropped a little down to ~25FPS when zooming at top speed over the airport. The original was a worse performer - this is truly amazing, given the high quality of the scenery. One thing I noticed that I didn't like: SODE jetways pop into view when you are fairly close to them. A little weird to see them do that. Anybody have any idea if this parameters can be changed? From FT directly or via Simmarket? I bought from FT and when purchasing v2 there is an upgrade option. EASA PPL SEPL + NQ / CB-IR in progress MSFS24 | X-Plane 12
April 12, 20206 yr Only thing that puzzles me: a scenery already designed for v5, available two days before this v5 arrives still installes into the root directory of Prepar3d? Come on, FT guys, why not finally doing addon installations like anyone else outside the root folder? EDIT: it installs at least via add-on.xml Edited April 12, 20206 yr by AnkH Greetings, Chris AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024
April 12, 20206 yr Will definitely pick it up once v5 drops and I hear it's fully compatible [MSI MPG X870E Carbon | 9800X3D (PBO +200Mhz / -20 Offset) | Corsair 64GB DDR5 (Custom Timings) | RTX 4090 Founders Edition (Undervolted) | WD SNX 850X 4TB + 4TB | Antec Flux Pro]

And it is indeed a beautiful done scenery. Bought it yesterday for the upgrade price but it is totally worth its full price. Great work by Emilios and Yannis!
