We are still waiting for at least a functional Transponder. There are several other items to fix, which would be appreciated as well, but please fix the Transponder so it properly shows the code in VATSIM/IVAO. The default aircraft do that, so it is possible, and certainly expected for payware.

Thank-you for any communion or consideration you can show for this aircraft.... it’s deserving.

Just saw this on the Carenado support page:

"Since in this simulator we don't have control over the sales or installation systems, if you need support on this you should contact directly Microsoft using this link https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and clicking "Submit a Request" in the upper right hand corner.

We as Carenado now can only solve developing issues, like if something is not working ok on the aircraft, or a bad texture or sound, but for installation or sales or refunds you should contact them."

Seems fine? They're just saying that if the product won't install from the marketplace then that's out of their hands as it's MS that controls the marketplace installs.

No communication about the issues... but I keep hoping that if people who purchased the aircraft are persistent in their polite requests for @Carenado to actually finish this one aircraft, rather than leave it in its current state- they might hear us collectively.

I have been told by several, that I'm dreaming- but I recognize that this is Carenado's single best opportunity to be taken seriously by the FS Community, and hope that someone at the company thinks likewise. 

I've always jousted with windmills...

Its not too much to expect payware to send correct transponder codes... after all the default a/c do.

If the clamor is loud enough, perhaps it will be heard.

Another week without a working Transponder... please fix. Also, no communication re. my open tickets. (I’d say this in their forum, but that’s not possible.)

Now that the hotfix is out, I'm hoping that @Carenado will issue a MSFSMP update for the Mooney.  Has the CTD issue with the (heading bug?) been cleared up by the hotfix as well?  It has been a while since the last update, and I believe I read that they were planning another one.  Communication direct to customer from the company, other than to auto-acknowledge the report, is non-existent.

I don't trust them. They are probably working on their next release. It's how they have always done things. Carenado is not qualified to be a respected dev and seller of quality aircraft for MSFS 2020. This sim is getting updates every other week and they will not be able to keep up.

If this was A2A an update would have been issued in a couple of days.

Carenado is just not known for providing this type of customer service and the way that they have handled the Mooney release will be indicative of how they will handle the rest of their new releases. I'm staying far away from this developer. I ain't buying anything else with their brand on it.
