That would be a good one to do, but there are much more original buildings, this would take a lot of time. We'll see how the demand goes...

I remain hopeful.

In the mean time, there's also CYND (home of Vintage Wings Canada) and CYRO (home of the Rockliffe Flying Club and the Canadian Air and Space museum).

Thanks. There's not much coding though, mostly sitting dumbly and trying to figure out why something doesn't work and if it's a bug of MSFS, SDK, Blender or Blender2MSFS exporter, or my mistake. Which is not easy, with 0 documentation on some SDK areas, like lighting, or 90% of other scenery building details.

You just go through the order - free or paid scenery, and you enter your name and email in the process. There is an option now to create an account and you get an email with your password. You can also create an account via "my orders" link.

It looks like someone flatted the rear tires on all the vans in the first photo as they are sitting on their rims. Looks like someone didn’t want vans leaving the parking lot 😂

There are elevation problems in MSFS Scenery Editor - it looks completely different from when you load the sim in normal mode. So for most things, it's only safe to have them "snap to ground", which is default. Because manually setting the height is impossible due to drastic difference in ground level representation in scenery editor mode vs the real sim. It's like 2 meters or so, and different shape/mesh. I'm not sure what's going on, but I haven't found any way to override that. So there are some problems, like buildings standing on not completely flat terrain (that's why I modelled concrete foundations so at least you won't have a hangar's corner hanging in the air) and yes, flat tires. Also, car parking lines are not exactly aligned at some places, because they are "snapping to ground" on variating height instead of flat area like in the scenery editor. If there are ways to overcome that, I don't know. Not much documentation or advanced tutorials around. 

I understand that the developers that are selling now on in-game market have worked directly with Asobo on that, so Asobo developers have advised them on how things work and should be built. But those notprivyy to that special relationship are left to guess and use trial and error to figure things out.
