January 18, 20215 yr You’ve probably already seen it, but FBW did another update on YouTube yesterday. Lots of amazing updates, including a preview of the EFB (looks awesome), APU improvements, auto-land (single), a380, and more.
January 18, 20215 yr The market for pricey addons is shrinking faster than a pair of tighty whities in the dryer.....
January 18, 20215 yr The A380 is coming along nicely! These guys are really amazing. Intel i-9 13900KF @ 6.0 Ghz, MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X 24GB, MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360, MSI Z790 A-PRO WIFI, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, G.SKILL 48Gb@76000 MHz DDR5, MSI SPATIUM M480 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB, Windows 11 Pro Ghost Spectre x64 “We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the day and night to visit violence on those who would do us harm”.
January 18, 20215 yr Always impressed by the progress of this aircraft and the group working together to get things done. They need a standing ovation for this otherwise we still be on the word not allowed default A320. Further, I dont know how some people say this is unflyable. Its works quite well in the state its in now and been doing full flights without much issue at all every week. Even the systems depth is progressing at really nice rate. Im more of a Boeing flyer, but this certainly fits the bill in the meantime. Look forward to its future, and of course the A380. Maybe the A330 can be implemented in due time as well. January 18, 20215 yr I just took the A320 Neo up yesterday and was shocked at how good it was! In fact, it seems like the flight dynamics, at least on the few aircraft I use, have been fixed. The A320 was so smooth, and I don’t know what changed but it is pretty darn good now. January 18, 20215 yr Since the time that i was waiting for this famous EFB!!! In my opinion it will work with navigraph?
January 18, 20215 yr Great to see the progress these guys are making for eveyones enjoyment. it is also good to hear of the help from the WT team, and Asobo. January 18, 20215 yr My wish list for it are for the FMGS to implement holds, calculate ToD accurately, and to fix the SID/STAR behaviour where it doesn't allow you to add or delete waypoints. It's already very good but once those three are sorted I will feel much more confident flying it online. The latest version really made me only fire up MSFS even for IFR flights. I usually fly Airbus only, so that's helping. 😄 MSFS scenery does not only comfort VFR, it's also a joy to fly IFR into locations and through clouds that actually look like IRL. No procedrual textures, houses, billboard trees... it adds to immersion. Only thing I'm missing, is the T/D feature. Edited January 18, 20215 yr by tweekz Happy with MSFS 🙂 home simming evolved
