Featured Replies

Airports Wanted: Based on the airports I enjoyed in FSX/P3D which I now miss.

PANC - Anchorage, Alaska
KIAH - Houston, TX, US
KPHX - Phoenix, AZ, US
KSLC - Salt Lake City, US
MMMX - Mexico City, MX
TJSJ - San Juan, PR
TNCB - Bonaire, Dutch Antilles
SVMI - Caracas, Venezuela
LFMN - Nice, FR
LIMJ - Genova, IT
VNKT - Katmandu, Nepal
VABB - Mumbai, India
VOBL - Bangalore, India
VCBI - Colombo, Sri Lanka
WADD - Bali, Intl, Indonesia.
RJAA - Narita Intl, Japan
RJBB - Kansai in Kyoto, Japan
RCTP - Chiang Kai Shek International) in Taipei, Country of Taiwan
YPPH - Perth, AU
YPAD - Adelaide, AU
YBRM - Broom, AU
LKPR - Václav Havel Airport, Prague
LTAI - Antalya Airport, Antalya, Turkey (with the city, the cliff and the waterfall)

Although I would buy KDFW (my home airport) I am ok for now with the ASOBO hand crafted KDFW.

Same for KSFO, or EHAM or EGLL Heathrow, OMDB Dubai etc etc. You don't see too many EU airports in my list cause there are quite a few out there already.

What are YOUR high priority airports that you would like released soon?

My local regional airport, KESN, Easton, Maryland.  Nothing right now but melted crayons...image.png.96041d5ec24d9420007361c528304672.png

Aerosoft's EBBR. I swear it's been almost a decade since it was announced.

FSDT PHNL (DKI) & Hawaiian airports.

FSDT is remaking PHNL.  I believe they've stated it's "in progress".  I believe they also said the Hawaiian airports are on the to-do list after PHNL as well, but not sure if means immediately after PHNL or not.

In the meantime REGDESIGNs does have a pretty good looking PHLI.  I suspect FSDreamteam will look better once done, but it sure doesn't look bad.

I like to see LIRF, SCEL, UUEE, LTBA and LLBG added to your list

KAGC, Allegheny County West Mifflin, PA - control tower and main building terminal not even close.

KJST, Johnstown, PA - missing main terminal building (just the melted crayon look). I think a couple other small buildings also.

If I could figure out how to do it, I’d fix things like this myself and post them for others to put in their community folders. I realize it’s difficult to get 30K + airports right, but so many of the local small airports are fairly decent. I just don’t get how airports are missing all together. They had plenty of airport data available to them, via FSX, AirNav, Skyvector etc.

In time I suppose.

I meant RJAA Narita. I've corrected it. 🙂

For me just one, Kai Tak, VHHX, but a 100% replica, without traffic bug or missing approaches.

Less urgent but still nice :

NZGS Gisborne, New Zealand, because I want to hear the tower telling me to hold my take off, because a train is crossing the runway

NZAR, Ardmore, New Zealand, where I learned to fly and busiest uncontrolled aerodrome in the country

Couple of dozen of airports in the French Polynesia, with water mask

And finally, The 42km runway from Fast and Furious 6, so I can land without using brake, spoiler or reverse thrust 😁

RJFT Kumamoto as it’s a great base for flights around photogenic Kyushu.

YCFS Coffs Harbour as it was my first pay ware airport. Talking of which, what’s taking Orbx so long to get their Ozzie airports into MSFS?
