Thanks. I appreciate your patience. But I'm lost. There's so many instructions. Could you please post a repeat of the process from uninstalling the existing drivers to installing the new ones with each command in order? If would be very helpful if you could just post each command in order with no explanatory text in between and no options? I have updated Fedora and downloaded the latest Nvidia divers. I've done nothing else. No commentary. Just the code. 1, 2, 3. Edited February 26, 20215 yr by jarmstro

February 26, 20215 yr My recommendation for people poking at Linux would be the opposite monsieur mSparks, go for Ubuntu. Because it comes with most stuff ready out of the box, proper Nvidia drivers included. Fedora is probably better if you already know what you are doing. But that is why we have choices, right Greaser 😉 ?

February 26, 20215 yr I used Mint Linux and Ubuntu on a mid spec laptop. It has come a long way. Quick and easy install. The free software such as chromium browser and Libre Office is excellent. If I created a startup it would be Linux no doubt. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
