July 6, 20214 yr I fully believe that those stats are rigged - someone writing a script that will startup a certain plane on 5 computers every 10 seconds to boost it´s position in the ranking would do that. Zenith CH750? Really?

Zenith CH750? Really? Isn't it just that they are cumulative rather than current snapshots. Ie the older the plane plus it's sales the more likely it is to be at the top? They don't tell us what people are flying now? Edited July 6, 20214 yr by jarmstro

If you have ten people flying the Zenith and reporting stats and fifty flying the IXEG 737 of which only two report stats, the Zenith will win out in the collection results of said stats. Besides, apart from its age, the CH-750 is a solid add-on with a very convincing price tag (0 €). 7950X3D + 7900 XT + 64 GB + Linux | 4800H + RTX2060 + 32 GB + Linux My add-ons from my FS9/FSX days

Yeah, I am very grateful for all freeware...but I just never heard of it and I just checked and the XP11 version was seemingly uploaded just in 2019 and has 1300 downloads or so. I find it hard to believe that people actually fly it so much more than some of the other free offerings (I personally never even heard of it, but know pretty much all the other aircraft on that list). The original version has 3500 downloads: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/17085-zenith-aircraft-ch-750-stol/ However, I also believe that it is cumulative, and maybe even goes back to when the data collection was enabled. There should maybe be a reset every year or so... Edited July 6, 20214 yr by Janov

You know EVERYTHING! 🤯 you know we are working on https://github.com/mSparks43/747-400/ right? Just the bleed air systems in a tube are more complex than an entire GA aircraft, and modern tubes have a hundred other systems just as complex. Further - nothing other than the models and art that LR have made to date for the tubes have been fit for purpose (and even they substandard tbh) I don't know that is suddenly going to change, but I certainly have no reason to expect it will. Said exactly the same for the 300 developers working on the MSFS default aircraft when I called BS on their "every button working just like the real thing", and LR have neither that level of resource nor even come close to making such claims.
