OK, then I wouldn't even worry about the shortcut and -switch.  Just launch AIGTC as an admin using the default .exe   

Once it launches double check it is pointing to your community folder.

Thanks. I haven't experienced any issues with traffic injection so far! Just planes getting "confused" at some airports!

I think that is part of what they are trying to work around/through in the beta...  I've heard of some spinning planes, planes not departing etc. but that is part of the beta process.

are you launching the TC before or after the sim? Launch it after you're in.

Hey @Bad_T I made my own tutorial video based on what you did in yours! I also included setup in MSFS and some discussion on VATSIM model matching + a VMR I created. Hopefully it can help anyone who wants something with more narration!

Yep, AIM won't let you continue or exit until you download and install that file. I downloaded it, then pointed AIM to it's location when prompted. You may have a pop up window under another that prevents you from seeing the install option, so be sure to check.

 

 

 

BTW, this morning I woke up to AIM having completed. That was a relief. I don't know why it wouldn't skip that first manual install, but it wouldn't. The skip manual installation check must only kick in "after" the first one.

I havent been able to download most major airlines. It seems to be a pattern when it tries to extract aircrafts by Erez Werber. Just stays frozen (ex: 5/15) is there something im doing wrong?

I don't have an inject button.  Is this the correct traffic controller?  Traffic Controller 0.5.0.5(ALPHA)

 

AHA!  Now that my settings are correct in the sim,  basically everything off and I got rid of those 2 zip files in the AIGTC/Resources folder I have a brilliant amount of traffic.  I'm impressed with the smothness with sooooo much traffic.  Unfortunately I also have a flat as a pancake Delta 767-400.  I see where inject is now.  I also start the sim then start TC.  Off to get more airlines.  If I want to remove the offending 767-400 by delta how should I do that properly?  I assume don't go into folders and start deleting stuff. Do it though the Manager?  Thanks AIG, this is what was missing from MSFS...so happy.
