IS IT SAFE TO MOVE the aig\airtraffice-oci-beta folder out of the Community folder now I have downloaded what I want, so I can control it with MSFS addon linker? I am sure I read something about this but cannot remember which thread it was in.

Absolutely - just make sure that you have the link activated when you fire up AIG-AIMOCI or AIGTC.

In this folder C:\ProgramData\AIGTech\AIGAIM\temp_model there is now a lot of aircarft model zip files that were obviously downloaded during the setup process.  Now that I have most of the flightplans etc that I need do I need to keep them or can I delete all the files in these 'temp' folders.  I am assuming perhaps if I was to download some more flightplans from the manager that because they are already here in this folder then perhaps they wont need to be downloaded again if the program asks for them??

Did you move the files using the "move" option in AIG-AI Manager or did you move them using Windows file explorer?

He used Addons Linker to move the files.

I have had Addons Linker for ages and never noticed a "move files" option, where is that hidden please?

I used Win file explorer to move them - and then set up a link in AddOns Linker.

If you right- click on the addon in the RH pane of addons linker (it will be highlighted in purple if it is currently installed in the community folder) a menu will pop up that includes the choice to “move to a custom addon folder”

So I don't need to download all of the files off AIG manager  ???

Disregard my post,  false information.  Sorry.

There were a few new models and repaints made available for MSFS users through the AI manager over the last couple of days. I did a super short video on how to make sure you have the latest models installed here + an updated VMR (note the vertical format due to the requirement by YouTube's Shorts platform) -

Could someone tell me how much performance hit AIG will have in matter of fps and if it will get worse if you load in more and more airlines? Thanks for help.

FPS hit depends on the amount of planes loaded at the same time, so will be worse for bigger airports. You can however limit traffic to some percentage from 0 to 100 in the Traffic Controller tool. This will cover any case.
For me FPS hit is between -2 and -7 FPS with the A32NX and everything on ultra (average CPU and GPU), that is with 100% traffic.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is a VMR?

That is fps hit I could live with and then it shouldnt relate to the ammount of airlines I install but rather  the percentage slider you mention. Thanks a lot, then I will go ahead and DL them all ))
