February 19, 20224 yr Nice. Leonardo Software House were showing landing and takeoff video of the MSFS Maddog late last year. Based on that video, I was guessing the Maddog was pretty far in its development and estimated a release for it in 2022. Looks like it will be a race between Fenix, PMDG, and Leonardo on who gets the first high fidelity airliner out in 2022. 2022 is looking like a big year for MSFS high fidelity airliners. February 19, 20224 yr I wonder if the MD80 will actually be the first release out of all the upcoming products? Or will the Hondajet or JF BAE 146 maybe? It’s currently in Alpha but surprisingly polished given that status. Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 64GB, Win 11. MSFS2020. Moza, MFG, Fulcrum & Virpil controllers. Quest 3 for VR.

Honestly, for me it could easily be in beta, it appears that far along. They have items they want to add though which is why I assume they are classing it as alpha at this time. They will definitely deliver a special aircraft with the 146. Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5090, 64GB, Win 11. MSFS2020. Moza, MFG, Fulcrum & Virpil controllers. Quest 3 for VR.

Would be awesome if the TDFi MD 11 is also in Alpha or Beta testing phase. Edited February 19, 20224 yr by abrams_tank i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

This has not been expressed clearly in their latest post, but one would reasonably assume that when you are able to articulate a price, it is because your product is near completion and you have all the cost elements under control.
