Bought the X for P3Dv3 and after v4 came out it was the end of the X for me...and evidently for eaglesoft. I would NEVER give them another cent even if they released a Gulfstream or Challenger, because the first MSFS update and that would be it for the ever being able to fly them again. After all these years it still makes me angry...thanks for bringing them up. i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB
March 8, 20224 yr I used to hold off any serious thoughts of purchasing GA aircraft in FSX and P3D until sure A2A wasn't going to make an offering - otherwise you'd always be disappointed you didn't wait for the A2A aircraft. Sadly, don't think its an option to wait any longer in the MSFS space. Too many other excellent offering around now, and will soon be some very serious tubeliner distractions lobbing into the mix.....

Like A2A they were once one of the best developers for business jets in P3D and FSX. Man, that Citation X was "something else" ! ! Eaglesoft is as dead as a doornail on Dracula's tomb

March 8, 20224 yr Poor old Eaglesoft were briefly quite good but were soon overtaken by much better developers. They have a 'betamax' air about them now.

Yeah, I got my wires crossed there all right! LOL! I'm miss recalling some controversial announcement they made recently. Obviously, I don't remember the details very well. but was it that they are not developing for P3D anymore or not updating older aircraft for P3D v5? March 8, 20224 yr Milviz is alive and well, but they were splitting into two separate brands at some point to differentiate between their military contract work and consumer sim work. Milviz, like many other 3rd party devs that were developing products for the P3D home market, have left P3D to develop products for MSFS. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM
March 8, 20224 yr See link below, scroll down to Scott's post from 16 November of 2021. Yes, it's an older post, but it checks out as far as I'm concerned. This is all the proof I need that A2A has not abandoned their plans to make plane addons for MSFS. We just need to be patient. I've learned that they're the sort of bunch that finds it unnecessary to answer the same questions constantly, which is "when, when, when, when?!?" As a tester and moderator, I encounter this *very* often and it does get old. Honestly, I can't say I blame them because people will just keep asking. So, people can give up if they like, and they'll be pleasantly surprised when A2A releases an offering. I understand the impatience and the hand wringing, but one can wring said hands until they're blue in the face and it won't have any affect on what developers say and do (and never has). https://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=72920&start=150

March 8, 20224 yr I think their November post seems promising. Good to hear. Never had their products and look forward to owning one. Its only been 4 months since their post about making the Comanche and how much time it will take since it will be their first plane for MSFS. That might be a bit. I mean 4 months wasn't that long ago. Its not like waiting for Star Citizen or anything. 😆 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35.
