Carenado doing a PC12....

It appears as though they've totally remodeled things and haven't used some shared textures from previous sims like their first few products.

It looks awesome is what I'm saying.  I'm not expecting PMDG, FSL et al but for me this one will be an easy purchase hehe.

I presume it will support the GTNs (presuming TDS and PMS because many people have asked them for GTN support).

does each and every plane that hits the market have to be "study level" or can we accept there are additional categories, that can exist happily side by side for those who like to fly relaxed and enjoy primarily beauty combined with easy handling?

60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking.

very nice.

Haha  -well I was throwing out that caveat - especially because in the past I put down this developer - and I will say that openly.  I purchased many many of the Carenado/Alabeo products for FSX and later P3D v4.  At the time we had the Flight1 and later RXP GTN that I basically used religously where possible.  So what I mean was that if a product had the GTN ability - I'd usually buy it.  It made fairly basic addons be at least medium quality in terms of avionics once they were equipped with the GTN.

I believe Carenado has better graphics now - generally better sound wise wwise or whatever it is - and their twins have been hitting cruise poh numbers for me.  In earlier sim days this had to be done by people like Bernt Stolle (oh by the way I swear I ran into him disguised at a member called CandianCaptainMustache lol - he quickly answered that he had never heard of Bernt - but he had a lot of flight model experience with FS9 and FSX somehow) - and also fixes by Bert Pieke - frequently working on Carenado's Autopilot bugs.

Anyway blah blah blah, long story longer, Carenado's prices are typically lower than their FSX counterparts, and we're getting higher quality.  I haven't really regretted sending my hard earned money their way in MSFS.

And I've heard a rumor that they'll be putting the TDS/PMS into the PC12 - so a reasonably quick, flight-into-known-icing aircraft with powerful avionics capabilities - YES!  Sign me up!

I’ll wait and to the PC-12 NG version of SWS

I will too apparently. I offered to be a beta pilot for them and they answered one email and then I never heard from them again, even though I own one. Oh well.

Maybe they will change their minds and let you help them, or perhaps they already have help from Pilatus.  My dad flew A-10s and F-4s in the Air Force and volunteered on an Italian company’s F-4 (can’t remember the name).  He enjoyed it for awhile, but soon became frustrated with the process.

Is your PC-12 an NG or NGX?  They’re awesome planes.

Is this plane ever coming out?

I’m enjoying my airliners a great deal - but I’m a sucker for Carenado’s graphics.

I just wish they’d release my beloved Turbocommander 690 for MSFS, that’d be heavenly.

Coming soon! The wait is almost over!

Everytime i think of Carenado/Alabeo I remember the horrible sounding TBM and bland feeling C400 from FSX/P3D.

I’ll wait on your feedback after this PC12 release @ryanbatc you seem to have some pretty decent standards and expectations of what we want from these GA products.🍻

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super OC 16GB - Pimax Crystal Light VR

With new releases like the Sting S4, C310R and 247D upping the bar on expectations, Carenado will hopefully come to the party and produce something more along the lines of the Sting or 310 in terms of depth.

wondering what is taking them so long, it has been "coming soon" for months. the one and only plane I would want in real life.

The sticking point with Carenado are never the textures, which are always good, but the avionics - will you be able to replace the defaults with modded versions? If not, I'll pass.
