What Fenix describes are usual risk assessment methods done by online payment providers. For example when you sell something expensive on eBay but never received much money before via your payment provider, the provider may delay your access to the money. I guess that is what Fenix meant here.

Anyway, a pity PayPal is not offered right now. Means I have to wait.

JetBlue does not operate A320s with CFM engines. When the IAE engine variant is available, you can expect to see appropriate liveries.
