If you're concerned about it being GNS530 only, well, just a little sneak peak of things to come 😉:

Yes we await the GNS refresh with baited breath!

My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL |
| Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

Not upset about this at all. The price is right. No gtn integration, and the sound is a tad muted imo. It craps all over the existing h35. While not A2A it is certainly a decent little flier at this price. I’ve spent a lot more for a lot less…

You mean you consider it superior to the BRsim version?
I wanted the BRsim version at first but its nose seemed to be too short and I don't think they have corrected that. If the Carenado V35 is better than I am interested.

Flightsim rig:
CPU: AMD 5900x  | Mobo: MSI X570 MEG Unify | RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo | GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3090 | Storage: M.2 (2 & 4 TB) | PSU: Corsair RM850x | Case: Fractal Define 7 XL
Display: Acer Predator x34 3440x1440 | Speakers: Logitech Z906
Controllers: Fulcrum One Yoke | MFG Crosswind v2 pedals | Honeycomb Bravo Quadrant |Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant | Stream Deck XL & Plus | TrackIR 5 Tobii eye tracking

Just trying some landing practise and she feels a bit floaty while holding off esp. considering how much throttle she seems to need to keep speed up with the flaps down - is that normal ?

I am lost as regards the referenced pic.

It looks like a 530 to me. I was anticipating a different GPS in the dashboard.

Could someone elucidate please.

Very much so. You are correct he never corrected the weird model geometry and has sat unused in my hanger for a long time due to that. It just looks wonky, and takes away from an otherwise “it’s ok, just extremely bland” product (BRsim).

We (WT) are refreshing the GNS430/530. It will include matching correct look and feel; full RNAV simulation including LPV, LP, LNAV/VNAV, +V guidance, real GPS satellite positioning and SBAS (WAAS, EGNOS, GAGAN, and MSAS modeled service areas); all the GN530 processable legs including missed approaches, procedure turns, holds; totally spec accurate ADS-B based Traffic Avoidance System; VNAV page; procedure previews; proper arming autopilot modes and coupled vertical GPS approach guidance (if supported by the AP installation), etc etc

@ryanbatc  If I didn't already own MSFS and the V35, I buy them both just based on that one picture!

Off to flightsim.to to download your paint now.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Don't think so... GNS530 only.

@MattNischan, Matt that looks great!   However...

I do not see the glideslope indicator active in that screenshot... 🤫

Have you tried an LPV approach.. and does the HSI GSI needle work correctly there?

Carenado is notorious for only supporting ILS, not LPV landings..  Just look at the C337.

I lied.... here's another real world air to air (kidding but it's hard to tell)...this is so fun!  So many livery possibilities!

Yeah I'd recommend this one gents!

Looks great Ryan thanks!

Is this the sort of paint kit where any real world scheme can be painted like the A2A, or kind of limited?
