Hello fellow flight sim enthusiasts!

We're the miniCOCKPIT team, and we can't wait to introduce you to our first product - miniFCU, an authentic and affordable autopilot interface. Developed by two Airbus Captains with over 18 years of fleet experience, 15,000 flying hours under their epaulettes, miniFCU delivers an authentic and immersive experience with the same profile and control mechanism  as the real flight control unit found on AirbusTM aircraft.

Our mission is to develop affordable flight simulation hardware accessible to everyone, with no compromise in quality and realism.

Key Features of miniFCU:

Authentic performance: Including the signature PUSH/PULL knobs and a custom-built LCD, the miniFCU is an accurate replica inspired by the iconic AirbusTM FCU, providing a realistic operating experience.

80% Portable Size: Petit 80% size of miniFCU allows for easy integration into any player's current setting.

Affordable: miniFCU is not only one of the most accurate consumer level autopilot FCU controllers for flight sim on the market. it’s also the cheapest option! We are offering an INSANELY affordable price. Stay tuned for our price announcement!

Easy Integration: miniFCU is compatible with various flight simulators, including launching support for MSFS: Default A320, FBW A320, XP11/XP12: Toliss, FlightFactor, and Jardesign. More to come in the future!

Expansion Capability: Rather than a one-off product, miniFCU is part of a completed series, including the miniEFIS and miniECAM. More will continue to expand the functionality of your dream simpit.

We are launching miniFCU on Kickstarter in the coming weeks, and would love to have you on board to help bring this wonderful product to life! We'll be sharing updates, sneak peeks, and exclusive offers for our Kickstarter backers, so be sure to follow our social media accounts and stay tuned for more exciting news!

Wish you luck, guys. Looks like a promising product coming at a promising price. Seriously considering to support this if the 100 bucks will be valid for the kickstarter offer. Seems a steal. Now add the Fenix to the list of supported planes and I am sold completely

i5 10600KF, 32 GB 3200 RAM, ASUS 4070 12GB EVO, Asus ROG Z490-H, 2 WD Black NVME for each Win11 (500GB) and MSFS (1TB), Rolling Cache 16GB, Photogrammetry always OFF, Live Weather and Live Traffic always ON, Res 2560x1440 on 27"

This looks like an exciting product and I'll be watching it closely. But I've been burned too many times to ever do anything through Kickstarter again. I'll sit on the sidelines until this becomes an actual shipping product, I guess.

Will the device support custom programming for other aircraft (perhaps via SPAD.next or Axes and Ohs for example)?

Already signed up. Definitely getting for the FBW.

Why mini??? Why not original size?

Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

Great piece of hardware it will be !

But please, give us Fenix compatibility 🙏

  1.  There appears to be market demand for an 80% sized FCU.
  2.  Less material used in manufacture = lower selling price.
  3.  There are pre-existing Airbus FCU alternatives at 100% size.

Very interested in this.
It would be great if, like the VRinsight FCU Combo II, there is a way to use the miniFCU with the Fenix A320.

It will make flying the FBW A380 a much more interesting proposition!

AMD Ryzen 5800X3D; MSI RTX 3080 Ti ; 32GB Corsair 3200 MHz; ASUS VG35VQ 35" (3440 x 1440)
Fulcrum One yoke; Thrustmaster TCA Captain Pack Airbus edition; MFG Crosswind rudder pedals; miniCockpit FCU; CPFlight MCP 737; Logitech FIP x3; TrackIR

MSFS; Fenix A320; A2A PA-24; HPG H145; PMDG 737-600; AIG; RealTraffic; PSXTraffic; FSiPanel; REX AccuSeason Adv; FSDT GSX Pro; FS2Crew RAAS Pro; FS-ATC Chatter

Very interested in this, especially if Fenix can eventually decouple themselves from Prosim to enable better hardware support (no idea if theyre doing or planing this).

Thank you for your interest. Right now we are concentrating on existing Airbus add-ons. It is in our development roadmap to support generic usage such as SPAD.next or Mobiflight, but we can’t promise when.

Looks interesting, hopefully someday this will support the Fenix...I'll be all over it then and would probably sell my dust collecting Skalarki FCU.

I appreciate the response. I will definitely be watching this product launch with intense interest.

Love this concept, my own home made Boeing MCP is about the same size (with more button, so even smaller scale), And I even done without all the number windows and lights, just a button and rotor box.

I'm happy with my own design and can't fly without it, while I'm not likely to be your customer soon, I can see many people would love it!
