ATC Audio Dropped Out

Featured Replies

When I was flying, I had ATC audio communications earlier in the flight but a few minutes later I am not hearing the traffic calls?? Just the text in the ATC window. I can hear the responses from the CoPilot. Just not any other audio.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!

Same here. Server issue. Happens from time to time.

Switch to com2 and then you can get ATC audio back. I'm on a long flight now that ATC quit (can still here my pilot) and had to do just that.

This bug needs to be fixed ASAP.  Pretty critical!

Going to COM 2 restored the audio.

Happened to me yesterday on a flight from Charlotte to Atlanta. Even the blue bar at the bottom of the ATC window was gone, which had never happened before.

Yup.  Same here in UK.  I didn't get the usual flag to say connection had been lost, but lost the ATC Tower and Ground voice on the final clearance and taxi.  The cockpit voice was working normally.

Hi,

It happens all the time lately!

Here, in Valencia, Spain.

Ahhh...so it's not just me....

My menu pops up with "Call sign" acknowledge taxi clearance instantly with me thinking what taxi clearance, not heard anything..

Very strange issue indeed. Seems to be occuring mostly in busy areas...

It used to happen to me all the time. I finally figured out that it was the Azure voices. I switched to the Offline voices (which sound terrible, but hey), and it never happens anymore. The offline voices are reliable and always there.
