There was a small showcase of beta mode, which is properly implemented.

I thought these were largely overcome a few SUs ago? Is that not so? I rarely fly turboprops.

MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.

From what I understand there were some improvement a while back but substantial underlying issues remained.

What level of simulation systems, electrical, engine, hydraulic, flight model etc. can we expect from this aircraft?

Very high.  If you have the FSReborn Sting S4 it should be similar although likely "more of it" as the M500 is a more complex aircraft.

What I like about the Malibu/Malibu Mirage/Meridian/M500/M600 is that to me they seem like a big brother to the Arrow/Archer line, which is another neat set of aircraft.

After chatting with Raul @simbol at the Flightsim Expo this weekend...I have no doubt that the M500 and the Phenom will literally set the bar for fidelity and features.

I would like an answer from the developer on the level of depth of engine and system simulation as it compares to A2A if it really reaches A2A level or is closer to Milvoz's 310.

Why does this keep getting compared to A2A? That dev is on a whole other level that I doubt FSR is aiming to reach and the pricing will probably reflect that. AFAIK, no one has done a completely custom PT6 engine model in MSFS yet, which is what would be required to make something comparable to what A2A does for piston engines.

When released, I'm sure a manual will become available and you can make your own judgements.

Does the dev have a discord ?

The things Raul showed me at the Expo were amazing!  I consider @simbol to be the most passionate developer on the market...and if it can be done in MSFS, he'll make every attempt to do it (balancing the feature's value vs performance of course)

Behind us, you can see the Single-Point fueling station on the Phenom 300 wing root.  I'll let you guys speculate what fueling features Raul said at the show that he's planning. 🙂 (maybe he'll share a hint here) Hehe.

Raul, it was great connecting with you again...and my FSreborn polo from the 2018 Expo in Vegas was in storage or else I would have worn it to this one. 🙂  I can't believe it's already been 5 years since!

Oh, and if you need help with any painting...I know a guy. 🙂

Hi Steve,

Was great to see you there. I am now with family that lives in the USA, recharging to get back to work harder next week.

Speak to all soon.

Well, I am a huge A2A fan, but after watching Raul's preview video with TwoToneMurphy the other day, I am as excited for the FSReborn Piper 500 as much as I have been excited for any A2A release. And I have to agree with @Steve Dra regarding Raul's passion for flight simming development. Watching that preview video, it was so evident how excited Raul gets talking about the features of this upcoming FSReborn aircraft. His passion just from that one video got me all hyped up for this release. Can't wait!
