July 25, 20232 yr Really hope with 2024 and their thin client philosophy, that also mean a core rework of the entire (clunky) UI and being able to feed in data like new menu entries etc. through a more graceful method than a forced update, however small it is. Hell, I hope that thin client approach means I can strip away all that stuff from my menu. As a simmer limited by a cap and a slowish internet, I still not understand why all these challenges, discovery flights, bush trips, liveries are not optional. I have nothing against them on the principle but I am just not interested by them. And when you delete them, they reappear at the next update. I uninstalled around 200 items at least 8 months ago, maybe more,, and they never came back. In fact, I had to reinstall a few aircraft like the C 172, and one or two twins, because I was getting some GA aircraft in FSLTL with missing textures.
July 25, 20232 yr I deleted all of the landing challenges, discovery flights, most of the liveries etc etc at least a year ago and they've never come back. I also recently removed the world and city updates for areas I know I will never visit. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
