Apologies if this news has already been talked about, but I haven't seen any posts about it yet. X-Codr is bringing their Denver Intl. from X-Plane to MSFS.

Why would they try and go head to head with Flightbeam who is elite?

Christ on a bicycle, if you are going to add passenger models for immersion, could you at least make them somewhat serviceable and not look like something that clawed its way out of the seventh circle of hell

I like this part:

 

  - Accurate, up to date layout

  - Includes recent expansions for concourses A, B, and C

  - Includes new taxiway EE, north of runway 17R

  - Includes new Southwest Hangar

  - Accurate as of early 2024

 

Flightbeam has a part of the expansion but not all of it currently.

Maybe their sales are so bad with XP 12, they are thinking even with the increased competition in MSFS, it  is worth it because the market is so much bigger in MSFS.

Supposedly Flightbeam is working on an upgrade, but their scenery is so far behind now, I really don't use it much.

This scenery does seem pretty current and that excites me.

I love X codrs Sedona Sceneries.  I use them often.  

X-codrs does well with objects and buildings.  If I were them I'd get rid of all the people models and complex models, they are atrocious. Bluicifer looks awful as well.

but...If it's good enough I might just get it for having all the new concourse extensions.

Hello all,

Connor here, aka X-Codr Designs. Thank you all for the interest in my upcoming KDEN! I'd like to address some of the concerns here:

• I agree there is some room for improvement on people, but I'm confident that at a normal viewing distance (i.e. from your cockpit window), they will add significantly to immersion. My goal with interiors has always been to provide an interesting, alive, and generally accurate view from the aircraft, as opposed to a solid-colored shiny window.
• The development of KDEN for MSFS is not at all an indication of a dying X-Plane market - in fact I am quite excited for the future of X-Plane and have plans for future products/updates on both sims. This is about offering a popular, well received product to more potential users. 

I'd also like to offer, if there are any areas of the airport, or certain models you'd like a closer look at, I'm more than happy to share screenshots. Constructive criticism is always welcome, please just try to be specific so I can understand what you're criticizing and hopefully improve on said aspects 🙂 .
