Hope they do in next future some updates on performance, this i very bad to me on bigger Airports with Ai Traffic on, may not bad with better PC but with mine ( see my specs ) it is very worse, all around i got 10 FPS more in the PMDG 777, so 14 FPS on Airports and 25 in the Air with the MD-11 and 10 more with the 773 ??

Almost not useable on bigger Airports ( slideshow when zooming around )

This is the only plane that is like that so seems to me it needs a hard optimation in coding, ect, ect.

I have an odd issue with this plane. After between five and ten minutes the screen starts glitching and stuttering when panning. Its the only plane I have with this issue. Anyone else get this?

I didn`t saw that yet but here you maybe find an anwer and shure more stuff about the MD-11 to see..

Thanks. But I reinstalled it and flew it in the USA where I don't have the same ridiculous amount of addon sceneries and it was fine. I even managed to land it! Trying again now EGPF to EHAM. Think its a VRAM issue..EDIT.All good now. I'm guessing the first install was corrupt. 2nd EDIT. Nope its borked the sim again.

I tested performance, and under the same conditions, fps with the MD-11 was 9-10 lower than Fenix and PMDG 777, unfortunately.

TFDi Installation failed after downloading 2026MB for MSFS with following note: "INSTALLATION FAILED The TFDi Design MD-11 and/or its dependencies failed to install", the only action I can do is closing the Install Mnager Window. MSFS community path is acknowldged by install manager, I have marked the MSFS installation. Is there any idea what I can do else, Windows and MS store are updated, TFDi activation code is valid. Best regards

Set up a Ticket at TFDi, explain your problem and they will get back to you and help, I also had a problem and it was resolved relatively quickly.

But not with Installation that worked well for me..

Try another download and install?  I think others have suffered a bit too on their first installs with this aircraft. But clearly the aircraft can be downloaded and installed on many systems. Who knows why it didn't on yours but one possibility is that something got corrupted during your initial download. I expect support will tell you try to install it again anyway, so you may as well do that and if that doesn't work then at least you can add it to your  'things I've tried'  list, when support eventually reaches out to you.

Hi Terry, tried it several times, no help - the files were downloaded completely and then installation process stopped and the fail message occurs. Could not do anything more than wait at the moment, thank you and best regards

Try downloading using a different browser. The installer didn’t work for me using Brave.  I had to use Edge.

Have you tried to create an exception for the executable under windows security? That worked for me.  As an alternate you can  temporarily disable windows security until the install is complete.
