July 1, 20241 yr After a very long time, the dev (AmbitiousPilot) has updated this on fs.to. Not the Aerosoft paid version, the original free version. July 1, 20241 yr I like a lot this utility, have even the payware version too. I don't understand why with some planes, when pushing back, the tug makes the plane dance all over the place by zig zagging. Alexander Colka

I don’t have the Aerosoft version but I believe that this is a known problem and Aerosoft is working to fix it. This free version hopefully is now working better than the paid version. July 1, 20241 yr I have the paid version, latest update, and the pre-planned pushback still not working without zig-zagging, using the stock A320. I fly exclusively in VR but as an experiment I found that the pre-planned pushback works correctly for me in 2-D mode. I haven't yet tried to see if it will still work correctly in VR if I plan the pushback in 2-D mode before entering VR. Edited July 1, 20241 yr by mobeans10

Rudder pedals can steer the tug.

For the time being, I've been using the pushback function on the Fenix EFB, but it's hard to divide my attention between doing the pushback and getting the engines started, so I usually don't start the engines until pushback is complete. Would love to be able to pre-plan the pushback and then start the engines during the pushback. Before anyone asks, I have GSX, but it's not for me. It seems to take ages to get ready for pushback and to disconnect after pushback, and I don't need the other functions of GSX.

GSX Pro will push you back to finish exactly on a taxi line, without you needing to steer yourself. But I use this one as a backup when GSX is not working for some reason. July 2, 20241 yr I confess to just using the keyboard shortcut. Or if flying a SlopAir flight the reversers. A little bit of role play is always fun 😉 Russell Gough SE London

With airbus was working fine, with 777 it acts like drunk!

Hi, no but maybe my TCA airbus joystick may interfere in the z axis a little. Will check the dead zone, hope toolbar pushback take this calibration into account. Alexander Colka
