This is actually interesting information presented in an appealing way, not like his meandering, pointless, self-congratulatory word salads.

Good Job.  Love those Dave missives…

What a contrast to a formerly renowned developer of high quality Airbus simulations that was quoted in another thread here just yesterday where one of their team members lengthily explained why he has nothing to explain, full of vaguenesses and politician-like phrases.

This polarity within two days once again showcased what a breath of fresh air the appearance of Fenix was for the flight simming community, in particular when it comes to high fidelity aircraft simulations.

Thanks Fenix!

So what now for FSLabs? The gonna lose the A319 and A321 market to Fenix in MSFS?

Not at all, they is still a market for the NEO and XLR. I think that would be a good market share for both.

@Fenix: thank you for the update still reading through it.

For me the A319Ceo and A321Ceo are locked in purchases for Fenix. FSL missed that boat.

Additionally considering that i dropped out of simming for the FSX/P3D period. i can only read how great they have been and i also have read how deceptive they have been. Therefore when they do bring a product to this platform i want to ensure that the FS Labs product is not overlapping anything i already have and more importantly some level of verification that whatever copy protections they plan to implement does not share any critical personal information or is capable of doing so.

I can remember only dreaming about a A319 at this level.....There isn't a lot left in this life that I get truly excited about but this release is one of them.

What a well-written and informative post. I learned a ton of stuff -- and that will help me enjoy the A319 and A321 even more when they arrive.

1st day of release and we can all be guaranteed people will be in their Discord and on here with this: “Hey, why is the A319 moving without any input after I start the engines?” 🤦🏻‍♂️

Get all your MCDUing out of the way before startup and taxi in the A319 folks

I purchased the Fenix more or less the day it came out. My WinWing FCU is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Now the 319/321 expansion pack release is on the horizon. I really gotta learn how to Airbus properly.

I’ve pre-ordered the WinWing stick. I currently have Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke and Throttle.  My only issue is the throttle doesn’t have detents (but does the job).  I wonder if they’ll do a throttle product at some point.  I’m reluctant to buy the Thrustmaster Airbus setup as for the price I’ve heard it’s not the greatest quality…looking forward to the a319!
