December 20, 20241 yr Glasses needed for Fenix Beacon light in MSFS2024 ? The purpose of the beacon light is that you can see it flashing. However on the Fenix 320 in MSFS2024 (No idea in MSFS2020) it more like a candle and can only be seen in macro close up. December 21, 20241 yr Better get that beacon working for a fake airplane game. for whatever it’s worth, when I’m flying the 737 in real life. The last thing I’m worrying about is if my beacon is flashing bright enough. And if the multiple airbuses around me have their beacons flashing brightly enough. Maybe you should try that. Worrying less. Who knows. Might make your simming experience a little more fun. FAA: ATP-ME, 737 CA, enough time in the 757/767 to be dangerous 🤠 Matt Kubanda, 7950X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 5090@4k, MSFS 2024

You must be really frustrated when I’m flying the 737 in real life. The last thing I’m worrying about is if my beacon is flashing bright enough. What ? Any idea about all other vehicles on the ramp that always watch for the beacon light. If it's flashing that means stay away from the plane and do not pass behind etc. etc. Or do you think that all vehicles on the ramp are listening to your ATC chat where it says ready to push. Let me remind you real 737 pilot: Beacon lights are flashing red lights fitted on the top and bottom fuselage of an aircraft usually on larger passenger aircraft. Their purpose is to alert ground crew and other aircraft that an engine is starting up, running or shutting down, or that the aircraft is about to start moving. So I would rather not be in your plane when you don't care about your beacon light Edited December 21, 20241 yr by altenae MSI Tomahawk Z790, I7-13700K, DDR5 6000mhz, MSI 4090, 3x SSD 980 PRO, Corsair 360 Liguid CPU cooler, Corsair H1200V2 power.

"Worrying less" or I-don't-care-about-my-beacon-light isn't exactly what I want to hear from a pilot, and even if you're just exaggerating, I don't really see the point of your post. Why invest time for writing that someone else should worry less? Did you just want to drop that you're a real pilot? For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
