That is not true. You may be confusing DLSS Frame Gen with DLSS Super Resolution. Two different things and you cannot set the Super Resolution within the NVIDIA app.

You don’t need to change any DLL files, they are dynamically changed if you do as per my guide.

I dont have Override DLSS-SR presets

Hence nvidia inspector… see my guide above and pics…. It clearly shows DLSS-SR preset. And how to set it. And it’s working 100%. Hence why you don’t need to swap any dlls anymore, because it’s dynamically done! Did you even view my guide? It’s only7 steps and two pics.

The preset is totally different than the DLSS Super Resolution file you need to swap out. You must do both. You need 310.2.1 DLSS or the 310.1.0 and also select either K or J Preset in Nvidia Profile Inspector.

No you don’t need to at all. I confirmed this by checking when running MSFS24 and it was running 310.2.1 as confirmed on screen. They’re dynamically provided by the driver.

Because you’re using that file for frame gen so it displays. There are separate DLSS files for Frame Gen, Super Resolution and Ray Reconstruction.

I’m aware, it shows all three loaded as 310.2.1 That’s why I checked first!

Nope, no need. Just select X00FFFFFF and that acts as K. It’s a global override. Again, ready the guide and view the pics…

Why doesn't the RR and SR show latest?

Thanks very much for this, I appreciate not having to sift through the 11 page thread to get this up and running!

I followed the steps in this thread but only enabled the DLSS-SR overrides in Inspector as I have a 3080.

This seems to work fine and the FG mod and AutoFPS also still work.

However, if I enable the FG override then this prevents AutoFPS from working correctly and the FG option is removed from within FS2024.

I am assuming that having just the DLSS-SR overrides enabled will still give me the benefits of the new DLSS4 scaling with the new driver.

What do you mean?

In your screen shot, the only item that shows latest is frame generation ray reconstruct and super res show use 3D application.

7.) That's i! All done, go fly MSFS2024 in new DLSS4.

I don't see the option in the inspector to change 'override DLSS-RR preset'.  I do see all the other entries.
