January 31, 20251 yr Regarding OP first post, is the NVIDIA app fallen out of favor since yesterday? I was going to just the app to install into MS2020. Eric

I see no difference with this new driver and presets none - my sim runs smooth I just have to make sure my refresh rate in sim on my OLED is at a good setting using Autofps - I use 1/2 monitor refresh rate - VSYNC ON in sim and get continuous 60 to 75 fps depending on my Autofps settings I can get over 120fps np with DLSS but TAA is my go to looks a bit better with out all of this DLSS hassle Edited January 31, 20251 yr by Richard Sennett Rich Sennett

January 31, 20251 yr I've got a weird issue where I can't start a flight from the main menu if DLSS is selected. I can start with TAA, THEN once the flight is started, I can select DLSS. If it's left in DLSS, the game just hangs in the world map after pressing FLY. MSFS 2024 Btw. AMD 9950X3D | 64 GB RAM | RTX 5090 FMR: 747 FO, 757/767 CAPT, 737 Check Airman Current 777 CAPT

In some cases they cannot be changed with the nVidia app, but if you change those settings with nVidia profile inspector, they will stay greyed out AND in the correct position. January 31, 20251 yr Please tell me the detailed instructions on how to get ANY TEXT, not just this text on the bottom of the msfs2024 screen: There was an answer to this question above, but it was just a link to a very long thread. January 31, 20251 yr ^ The image is for msfs2024. The place where I see the improvement with new files the most is in VR. (I use Pimax Crystal Light). I guess because it starts out with lower fps in VR, so improvements show up better. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
