Hello:

Update is out now.  Was hoping we could carry the conversation about the A350 here so not to get lost in the other thread.

I'm using the MSFS 2020 version : 2 CTD after the update...

Intel Core Ultra i7-265KF (3.6 GHz/4.9 GHz), MSI Inspire 3X RTX 5070 TI (16Gb), DDR7 32Go, screen ASUS XG32VQR 32'', Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls, Bravo Throttle Quadrant, Pro Pedal CH Products, TCA Sidestick Airbus, TCA Boeing Yoke Edition, Winwing EFIS Combo, Tobii Eye Tracker

Had one WASM crash after the update and two before the update. So far 100% WASM crash rate per flight - all at different times and different things I did (Video button, FIX info page, sec flight plan). That's it for me, it's getting shelved. I've got better things to do with my time.
They've released like what 7 planes for MSFS and are still yet apparently unable to release a product that does not crash when you press the wrong button. The incompetence is staggering.

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I changed the livery (using the stock Inibuilds) and it runs OK now. Navigraph charts are now loading correctly in the MSFS 2020 version.

This is pretty poor. First. I go to their app manager. Then check for a link to the update. No apparent link in the product. Just an indication there is an update. Where?

I also had a crash flying yesterday evening. I deinstalled and reinstalled the plane last night. Cleaned wasm. Where's the bloody update?

Also in my product area why don't they advise what version of the plane I have. Very shoddy.

It's in the manager. Just go into your Manager. Then On My Products, then click the A350 tab and update.

How difficult can it be to find this?

It's not there. I know where the tab is. I have several products from them. And where is the version I'm on? Joke

Same here. Go through the product page where it will be shown as owned. Or even better, enable auromatic updates in the ini manager settings

I ended up uninstalling it and now reinstalling it because there is otherwise no link in the app to an update.

I downloaded and it install without issues. But I uninstalled it completely, cleared my WASM folder and rebooted computer, which deletes lingering file bits. Then did complete install, reboot again and it loaded fine. So far, no CTD's like I was getting before.

well it could be since if you got both sims installed its kind of  all together  at the  bottom, and if you don't look carefully you might just miss  the update button.
