A350 iniBuilds - catastrophic release as never seen before

Featured Replies

I do keep it a bit short:

Initial release - MSFS2020 and MSFS2024 many WASM issues

Update 1.0.1 - Both sims, better then initial release. In my case not a single WASm freeze, made 7 flights all longer then 5 hours spreaded over both sims

Update 1.0.2 - every single time WASM freeze

In my opinion, and as a professional SCRUM Master, this is catastrophic. I see tons of issues reported, not only WASM ctd, but Navigraph integrations issues, GSX issues and so many "standards" not working which should have prorperly tested before release (SEC Flightplans, Checklists, Charts etc.).

@iniBuilds

I did wrote this on your support forum as well, but I think it is time to raise pressure on you, NOT to harm you or be disrespectful, BUT to make my "voice" getting heard 🙂

And I do hope others join me, because we paid almost EUR 80 for this "state of release".

Currently I tried your latest release.......and it is not usable at my end.

My sims are stable, both...and my issues are 100% A350 related.

Please make a public statement and take reponsibilty AND connect to your customers this way.

Thanks in advance

I followed all your instructions (WASM clearing, even completely fresh installs A350 AND MSFS2024 as well)

So true. There's an awful lot of defending the developer and attacking the user going on. In my opinion, that only makes it worse and normalises the whole "we'll release it now to get the money in and

The A350 clearly has a lot of bugs and complaining is absolutely ok in my opinion. But every so often complains are presented in a very dramatic form. 🙂 Most prominent example in this thread is it's t

Sorry to be that guy but I've never had a WASM crash and complete long haul flights with no issues at all.

Nobody is forcing anyone to buy this on release day.

Wait 6 months or longer until the bugs are fixed.

Sorry Marcus, but I can not relate to any of your observations. I've done 10 longhaul flights (8 to 11 hours) and a couple of LFBO-EGLL delivery flights and I've had no problems.

Oh yeah - I'm not a scrum master, but I've been doing this for more than 4 decades - so I know my way around 😉

Did NZAA to NFFN last night and I'm doing Copenhagen to Tokyo right now, not one problem with it in 2020.

Also done 3 flights over 10hrs in the A350, using 2024, never had a wasm crash yet. A few did before certain updates dropped, have you updated the aircraft?

I didn't buy it, after hearing about performance issues. Have v1.0.2 improved its performance?.

Cheers, Ed

Thanks....so there must be a different use case underlying....

Do you use ai traffic or any other injected traffic?

Yes. Fresh installed and before deleted the wasm as well.

Are you using injected Traffic (ai or vatsim)?

I read somewhere that TCAS may be faulty.

When something released...it need to work at least for the majority and when used also without so many wasm issues.

But thanks for your work around 🙂 or suggestion

Thanks for your reply.

Are you using 2024? Injected traffic? TCAS? Or maybe the in sim dynamic settings....?

Only addons i use are FSTL,Active Sky, and Real Turb. The only issue i have at times is with GSX, sometimes it just wont work.

On the inital version, had a WASM crashes while switching the map from from NAV to ARC - but no issues since the latest update.

Only issues I'm having now is the master alarm goes off after disabling BTV after landing and I can't turn the alarm off until I shut down the aircraft.   Probably pilot error.

Having a lot of fun and the map on the EFB is amazing to taxi with - especially when popping it out to another screen.

Back on topic,  if you're getting WASM crashes, I'd suggest reporting them with the proper logs.   I'm sure given your profession,  you understand how much faster bugs are resolved when good information is attached to the cards.

Cheers.
