Correct.

Have you tried DLSS swapper and going back to 3.7.2 with DLSS and FG files?  That's what '24 rolled out with.

Can't hurt...

I use fan control for all gpu/cpu temps and also to control all fans. It’s low profile so don’t need to use all that heavy junk software other manufacturers use. https://getfancontrol.com

  • I always monitor Nvidia's official forums when a new driver releases, the thread for this release is here. Multiple reports that this driver breaks temperature reporting after waking a PC from sl

I have reinstalled 2024 several times as it is so quick to do on steam.  Even going back with the DLSS files doesn't solve it - thanks for that suggestion.

Lots of people are having this problem, or a variation of it, on the official forums. The Event Viewer in windows shows a consistent entry for the crash. I have posted this on the official forum since the release of SU2 beta.

I downloaded the new driver via the app (on DX11) and had dxgi CTD on loading. Reverted back to an old driver, loaded in and changed to DX12. Redownloaded the new driver and all was good. I use the filters so want to stay with GeForce, and I'd prefer to stay on DX11 but this combination for me doesn't seem possible at the moment.

Hmm, I just reverted to 572.83 a couple hours ago due to the temp sensor issues. Any guinea pigs out there?
