May 30, 20251 yr For me, ATC must be able to control AI traffic as well as my own aircraft, so I use BATC with FSLTL models. I'll try SI when their AI injector is released. If I wasn't using ATC, I'd give PSXT/RealTraffic a try, or use the FSLTL injector which I was perfectly happy with until I started using BATC. AI traffic that does not interact with the player, stuttering around, doesnt talk to any ATC and is missing in several parts of the world is considered being better than any other AI traffic addon? Could it be that you PSXT guys simply (over)weigh the few advantages of PSXT more than others? Personally, I prefer slightly less «realistic» behaviour but getting a credible ecosystem including reaction to the player, ATC communication and smooth movement over the stuff PSXT would offer. Yes, without a doubt I think that it's better. Seeing a good proper traffic flow with both arrivals and departures around an airport or enroute even if I am not technically part of it is worth it compared to what I see using any of the injectors so far. PSXT also offers the randomness of catching the bizjets, GA, cargo and Military flights that the others don't have at all. I'm often surprised at what PSXT does pick up, stuff that is blocked on FR24 or Flightaware etc. I also can't stand aircraft parking all over the place or skipping every second gate or parking spot because of Asobos absurd increased radius ring. PSXT parks them side by side where they actually park, it's not perfect but it's still better. Don't get me wrong, the AIGTC and the FSLTL injector are brilliant! I just chose to use PSXT because I can't stand traffic controlled by the default AI engine of the sim. The various ATC apps that don't use the sim's ai engine have improved immensely as well. I'm also biased because I am an ATC so seeing and also listening to the other options is so far a no go. If I want to fly somewhere where I know the RealTraffic coverage isn't so good, then I'll fire up AIGTC or the FSLTL injector. Absolutely each to their own though. June 2, 20251 yr From reading through the posts here, AIG seems to be preferred over FSLTL. I haven’t used AIG. Why is it better than FSLTL? And from what I read, It seems not to be working in SU3 Beta and more complicated to get running in 2024.
June 2, 20251 yr AIG has a considerably much larger number of models/aircraft types as well as approx 6x the number of liveries. It works out to far more everything, more airlines, more cargo, various bizjets and GA even some military. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024

Nothing beats seeing ac taxiing/taking off/landing in Fs , knowing that in reality they are at the same spots too ( 30 sec delay ) I use it myself. Mr. Salden, What are your PSXT settings: Are you using Automatic, selector or Prioritize? I rarely get a FST aircraft loaded. 1. If automatic selector, what is your parameter number? 2. If prioritize, what are your parameters.xml entries, and additionally where do you place them within parameeters.xml? These are mine: <parameter name="INITIAL_LOAD_ONLY" value="false" /> <parameter name="lfolder0" value="G:\Addons\justflight-fstraffic-module" /> <parameter name="lfolder1" value="G:\Packages\aig-aitraffic-oci" /> Thanks in advance. I did a search on your website but couldn't find anything that outlines what difference thus native support brings over just using FSHUd and ticking AIG in its traffic settings... July 10, 2025Jul 10 FWIW, I tested FSTraffic in 2024 and uninstalled it after a few flights. Default traffic is doing a similar job for me.
