Did I forget to mention that the guy is russian and as such falls under the sanctions and found ways to circumvent those? And it's not Asobo that runs the Marketplace, it's Microsoft. There *is* serious evidence against them, which is why every shop kicked them out (which they wouldn't do just like that, because they've got a contract). Microsoft probably just doesn't know that it's the same developer with a new name (or doesn't care, because when a customer buys it, Microsoft earns money...). And as for your "court of law" - how exactly is a guy living in Russia going to be brought before an American court? For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

I have both this and the FlyTampa, and until someone is able to make a better one, the Glidescope addon is the one I recommend.
