We are not in a court of law.

Then I see no reason to convict them.

If Asobo allows them to do business on their platform and they put out products that are better than the alternative (which isn't always the case, but for KLAS it is) for a better price, I will have no problem buying those products.

  • Not really. The ILS 26L glidelsope issue has plagued the scenery for *years* with zero solution from FlyTampa. Really getting tired of their poor communication and support.

  • Meh.  BMW/AMsim I feel like the flytampa is good enough

Did I forget to mention that the guy is russian and as such falls under the sanctions and found ways to circumvent those?

And it's not Asobo that runs the Marketplace, it's Microsoft. And they run it like Simmarket. No real vetting process for quality or reputable developers.

After sht show BMW brought on full display here when Flight Beam released KSFO, no rebranding or price drop will convince me to by any of their product

I appreciate you trying to be the morality police, but piracy is a serious offense in the US. If there was sufficient evidence against them, they would not be allowed to conduct business in the US by a major US company.

If they are allowed to do business and they offer a good product, I will buy it. Their product is simply better than Flytampa's KLAS.

They're Russian, they're already not supposed to be doing business in the US.

Someone needs to inform Microsoft.

That's very discriminatory of you to assume that they are doing business illegally just because they are Russian.

There *is* serious evidence against them, which is why every shop kicked them out (which they wouldn't do just like that, because they've got a contract). Microsoft probably just doesn't know that it's the same developer with a new name (or doesn't care, because when a customer buys it, Microsoft earns money...).
And as for your "court of law" - how exactly is a guy living in Russia going to be brought before an American court?

For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.

There is evidence of serious wrongdoing yet literally no legal penalty has been given and they are allowed to continue doing business?

That seems extremely unlikely.

Sounds like a massive smear campaign against them with zero actual evidence.

Because they have just released the best KLAS for MSFS.

I have both this and the FlyTampa, and until someone is able to make a better one, the Glidescope addon is the one I recommend.

You are free to deprive yourself of the better product based on unproven allegations, though.

In the past, I of course have had mixed feelings about Glidescope/BMWorld/AmSim airports due to their actions and getting kicked off stores-but for $5, giving their MP exclusive KLAS a try.

I mean their MIA is still the best out there as LVFRs is a joke. I’m gonna go with what’s best, but FlyTampa’s KLAS is still better sorry! Lol.

They have the best looking Miami. But I find the performance to be far worse.

For $5 their Vegas scenery is awesome! I know FT has an update coming out soon so we will see how they compare then.
