October 16, 2025Oct 16 I guess even if it's just an option for the built-in WT 450 it would okay, but GTN even nicer, it would open it up to a lot larger group of potential buyers I would think. Chuck Yeager did a time-to-altitude record in this thing (Cheyenne 400LS) around 1985 or so. I wonder if they had to rebuild the hot section after his record flight. October 16, 2025Oct 16 The challenge with this aircraft will be to accurately simulate the fixed-shaft characteristics of the TPE331 engine. Given that the sim only natively supports free turbine turboprops like the PT6, I imagine this is no mean feat. To my knowledge this hasn't been done by many devs, PMDG's JS41 being the one I'm most familiar with. Mark Adeane - NZWN

I wonder in 2024 if we will be able to actually use the prop angle instead of the RPM to increase power. Will be nice to simulate a turboprop based on how it actually works.Â
