I know that, to support Raul.  But I was genuinely curious why it wasn't his cup of tea.

  • The music was composed specifically for me by NEPTUNAL AUDIO DESIGN in Sweden, alongside with many other tracks that will be used later to continue showcasing each individual parts of the deep simulat

  • Really don't like the style of cInEmAtIc video as they are just done to death now.... Everything is 'cinematic'!  Would rather have heard the aircraft sounds to date, than royalty-free library music.

  • I am so excited about this addon.  I'm betting the systems depth will exceed the C700 which I'm a huge fan of.  I think the E55P is a bit slower but the climb rate is pretty awesome.  And I'm certain

Really looking forward to this one.  Also, hoping Working Title implements Along-Track Offset in the G5000.

Gregg

Isn't the Phenom 300E, even the 2020+ models, a G3000-equipped plane?

Not sure if G3000 has along-track offset, maybe it does.

Sounds like a challenge … an Aircraft Carrier challenge 🙂

But why does that purpose in any way require blaring library music, minor YouTube 'celebrities' or personas (whose aim is usually to draw attention away from the proposition in question, and towards themself), and all of the other style over substance ingredients that make up contemporary flight sim pre-release  and 'cInEmAtIc' videos?

The music, presenter and other aspects that target those with an attention deficit are not inherent, required ingredients of a video that aims to introduce and build excitement for a forthcoming product.

Of course such extraneous effects are not *required*, but the presence of them also doesn't detract from the aircraft, nor do they say anything about the confidence (or lack thereof) the developer has in their product. If such "cinematic" effects are bothersome then one can ignore these types of previews and wait for 'sUbStAnTiVe' reviews/videos to decide about the aircraft. One could say diatribes about cinematic presentations/previews are tiresome too 🤷‍♂️

Yeah it’s basically that.
I’m more of a Lear 35 / Falcon 50 kind of guy in terms of biz jets. Have been flying Citation X lately which I really like.

Give me a 737 Classic over Max any day.

TBM 850 over the flashier 930.

In other words, as you’ve described me before - an old fart 😃

Even the largest US super carriers are only a bit over 1000’, and of course, aircraft operating from modern carriers use only several hundreds of those feet for flight ops

Even short field comm turboprops couldn’t do it - we’d have to dip into very light GA or very special STOL airframes (either of which come with severe limits)

😎🤙

Those who voluntarily use the term 'cinematic' in connection with narcissistic self-producers on YouTube should be sentenced to analyze the complete works of Fellini, Leone, Scorsese and Tarantino scene by scene.😜😂

The level of self-importance of most 'content creators' is often only surpassed by their technical, journalistic, and rhetorical ineptitude.  Why should I subject myself to that?

I'm going to luv adding the Phenom to my HJET corral using the FSREBORN FBO models for my short hauler company

I like cinematic intro there is nothing wrong with that. There is absolutely nothing narcissistic about it. You are confusing cause and effect.

Here is example of "16 right" documentary created by aviators to general public in order to save KVNY

No worries at all like I said I was just curious.  Will you be getting the Contrail Falcon 50?  It's like half glass I guess I'd say.

Wasn’t a problem with the A2A Aerostar 600 … even made a video of it 🙂

And your perception is different here or any website or any TV or any media at all?  Seems like one heck of a sweeping brush you paint of “most” … but I’m impressed that you have visited all 115 Million content creators to come up with “most” … which would be at least 57 Million content creators.

Maybe you just hate people and really nothing to do with YouTube and content creators?

Definitely looking forward to that one. I don’t mind a bit of glass.

I think part of it is I like a lived-in look to a cockpit - to me it’s easier to get immersed that way. This is not a knock at all against Raul - he’s simulating a brand new airframe and that’s what it really looks like. And I bet in real life it looks spectacular.

But - and again my own preference - that clean , factory-fresh look in a video game feels more sterile especially with the giant screens that cover most of it. It’s the same reason I dislike the PMDG 737 cockpit in the way that it feels “plastic”, and the IXEG 737 in xplane was way more immersive.

A more extreme example which I’ve used before here – to me the absolute most immersive cockpit is the DCS MiG-21. Not only is the plane itself difficult to fly, but the visuals of the cockpit feel dangerous too. Like you can smell it through the screen, and probably will need a tetanus shot afterwards.

Yes, I wish there was a way to code in some weathering, like a slider that would adjust the look for factory new to something 5 years old with the usual scratches and slightly worn look. That was one of the things with the M500 is it just looked too pristine, too perfect.
