No WAY is this the intended design.

Maybe it’s a bug in the code, or maybe the Phenom spoilers work in a manner to which we’re unaccustomed.

That would be unfortunate. Spoilers really should be something doable with default controls.

The spoilers do work with the default extend/retract commands (not axis)..... but, they are reversed.

So the "retract spoliers" key command flips the spoiler switch to the extend position, and the "extend" command flips the switch to the retract position. Hopefully will be picked up in the next update.

Many of the 3 position switches are reversed to; scrolling the mouse wheel down, sends the switch up and vice versa.

I change my spoilers axis binding to spoiler "extended" and "retracted" and it works with my flight stick switch

I made two flight , one with some wind. Rock solid on take offs and landings so far . Don’t feel jittery like on videos I watched .

What is really off-putting is all this streamer rubbish by the usual youtube flightsim loudmouths in order to get to a solid review that doesn't last 3 hours.

I have a strange phenomena! When I initiate approach phase when I dial next step down altitude altitude selection freezes Then, after some time it unfreezes and altitude jump to whatever value was dialed. I don't know if it Phenom problem or G3000. Happens two times already, very strange.

I stopped watching flight simulation videos on YouTube a long time ago; I much prefer reading comments from ordinary people on AVSIM or from acquaintances and friends who share this hobby – my mental health has really benefited from it.

I get a kick out of the randomly generated passengers. The VIP's are actual real people. Currently I have Bruno Mars and Michael Palin on board, yesterday I flew Rihanna and the other passengers were staring at her. ;)

I am not sure if i'm doing something wrong. But can you clarify that there are 3D Passengers modeled in the Phenom? For some reason i cant get them to show up in the cabin.

The plane is loaded, passengers are on boad (as shown on the EFB) but there is just no one in the cabin.

Yes. But sometimes they don't load. On my first try they did, on the second they did not and on the third they did again.

That’s been my experience too, however we have experienced simmers and RW pilots on here who are swerving along the runway. That sort of points to it possibly being individual hardware and settings causing problems, almost like a controller induced oscillation.

The take off and landing roll out in this sim in general are hard work as we know, and not too realistic, I hope it gets addressed in the future. I don’t remember the early sims in the 1990’s being so hard to keep on the centre line!

I noticed last night when I finally did a full stop landing in the phenom , I kept doing “ just one more” circuit as I was enjoying it so much , that below 100kts on landing I could remove any control input and she’d just roll out straight ahead.

Yep, the HJET was the same way so the Phenom is like being home.
