Wrong. Only over TOGA

There's been conflicting views on this and someone referred to the FCOM which referred to the additional detents for CLIMB and MAX/CRZ.

If there are no throttle detents then clearly, I wouldn't want to see them added.

Do you have a source outside of an AI search, as that's where the conflicting reports came from?

I think some simmers are really getting carried away - at the end of the day we're sitting in a chair in front of a PC - not even the highest end addons are close to actual flying. This addon cost les

  • Another video was posted an hour ago.  bit more than the 45 second 'cinematic' one above. Lot's of views of the nice eye candy.  Looks great!

To anyone having the landing issues/instability, try unbinding your spoilers from your hardware and test. It appears that might be a big part of the problem if it is set on an axis. They will not deploy and can cause other issues when landing. I think they have to be on a button. I had mine on my spoiler lever on Honeycomb since I usually just copy another aircraft profile over. Once I unbound the spoilers, the several landing tests I have done were much better. Raul is also working on a few more improvements as well...

First hand from a Phenom pilot which was asked exact this question on Rauls Discord Phenom beta.

And its also interesting to see how often manufacturer manuals differ from the actual real aircraft.
Thats the advantage to have several Phenom pilots during beta testing. they can verify such irritations, because evrybody says "but in the FCOM, Manual, etc...." and the pilot says "No, it isn't in reality".

Ok, that's awesome. If it doesn't have detents in the RW then it's been modelled correctly which is great!

Something to remember on the switches, some of them use the mouse wheel.

Some aircraft are modified as well... I read there are aftermarket autothrottle systems available that some Phenoms have installed. The factory-available autothrottle has only been around for a year or so and none of the real pilots who tested this addon have used it, which is why it was omitted. Looks like 72 Phenoms were delivered last year and I'm sure not all of them are fully decked out, so the autothrottle versions are likely still pretty rare in the wild.

Considering how well behaved she is to throttle changes I totally understand why most people who buy one in the real world do not choose that extra and get it without autothrottle.

It is really not needed.

It is a luxury yes, but then, it is a luxury aircraft isn't it?

Surprisingly many of those don't come with autothrottle.

I just had an interesting new friend park next to me at KPSP. Not seen one of these in the sim before -

Tried but could not get to FSReborn Discord so I could try to find a GSX Profile for this plane. Any ideas? I get an invite, accept it etc, but it does not get me to their server, it's instead someone named Wick, and from then on it's only direct messages with Wick.
