July 21Jul 21 👉 From PMDG:"Last week we released one of a series of updates that are designed to knock down issues related to WASM crashes in the 737 fleet. This was the 4th or 5th update in which we had included improvements for WASM stability. One of the things that stood out was that very many of you were suddenly having trouble with saved flights and panel states crashing the WASM at load time.Today we have published a fix to address this issue in it's most common form- and that should eliminate problems for the vast majority that were experiencing them. (I am using equivocating language because there is always some other problem that gets unmasked when you solve the big problem...)..."👉 Source: https://forum.pmdg.com/forum/main-forum/general-discussion-news-and-announcements/402840-21jul26-737-stability-update-and-a-few-small-news-bits FS2024 Steam A36 Bonanza - B737-800 BBJ2

July 22Jul 22 Good to see them chipping away at the WASM issues. The panel state crash on load was one of the more frustrating ones for me, especially with saved flights you have been using for a while. Will grab this update today and see how it goes.

July 22Jul 22 Last night I flew the PMDG B77W VHHH - RJAA and did not experience the aircraft porpoising up and down when leveling off at cruise. This included a step climb.I had experienced the porpoising on previous flights before the latest B777 update. Hopefully it has been fixed. July 22Jul 22 word not allowed,I did not experience a WASM crash before, but with the latest fix 4.00.057 I do! Again I deleted the only panel state I have saved, was able to complete a flight, but with the next flight, again WASM crash. So for me the hotfix makes it worse. Strange! July 22Jul 22 v4.00.057 makes it worst for me too. I have the 600, 700 and 800 variants but I updated the 600 only to test, and with my previously saved custom startup state, WASM crash. So I deleted that state, restarted FS2024 (so using PMDG's default startup state) and all was good.I recreated a custom state (using the default one as a base), saved it and made it my default startup state. I restarted FS2024 and no WASM crash, but a complete FS freeze upon manipulating the PERF INI page on the FMS. I had to end task in task manager :-(I won't update my 700 and 800 for sure, they stay on v4.00.056 for now.  NormandIntel i7 14700K @ 5.6 GHz / Asus ROG STRIX Z790-A Wi-Fi / 64GB DDR5 6400 MHz / MSI RTX 4080 / PSU 1000 Watt / FS2024 / Windows 11
July 22Jul 22 Yes, just noticed several reports in the PMDG forum. It seems to be related to the Simbrief import. Mh, 737 fleet grounded, simulation as real as it gets 🫣 Edited July 22Jul 22 by ankh21 Ryzen 9 7950X3D; MSI X670E; 48 GB DDR5 Ram; NVIDIA RTX 4080 Super 16 GB
July 22Jul 22 Same here just done a verify install and deleted panel state. Once you request perf init it crashes. Verify files and delete panel state seems to have solved it. Edited July 22Jul 22 by carlanthony24
July 22Jul 22 What I have been doing with success is replicating my stored profile (GSX - All PMDG Stairs and Loaders removed, APU started and on). Once that is done I simply resave my GSX profile and all is well. As I only have one custom profile not to difficult for me. YMMV. TANSTAAFL. Blue skies,-B
