That's right Gartro, the Q300 is for both Fs9 and FSX . The training Edition is available but it would be paying for features a non commercial simmer does not use. I contacted Majestic, they do not sell the Pilot nor the Pro editions anymore.... The Q400 is very nice but does not do well on short runways, the Q400 is more a commuter than a work horse of the back country.

No the Q300, I already have the Q400. The Q300 Training edition is available but multi $$$ looking for used one or a Pilot Edition new or used.

Same problem onthe KIAD star GIBBZ 1 cycle 1301 tonight but also while trying to insert manual altitudes, FSX crash ....

PMDG 737 ngx is very good. If you want to be able to use shorter runway ( regional airports ) I would get the 737 over the 777. The 777 is a medium to long flight aircraft using major airports . Good flight

I agree PMDG is the best !!!! I fly for a living and their product is the best out there to replicate reality as far as using a PC is possible. Being from the 50's MAAM DC-3 is also excellent !

I've tried just about every tweak out there to improve frame rates in FSX. The one that did it for me was disabling Hyper-threading on my I7 920. Since then I never get frames below 40 what ever situation, in cruise I am getting 150-300 with either the 737 NGX or MD-11. The only slider I have to check is the Water effects that I keep at 1x since it does not provide anything worthed to me in my simulation. I have 6 gb ram GTX560 card P58 MB.Good luckLuc

TKS Kyle, I have been looking all over but never found it. There are 2 place for Vr ( that will give you 2 Vr calls if both activated) but no 80 its call.If you find something let me know .

Thank you Dennis and Fred. There should be an easy way around this.... The 80 kts call already exist in the MD11 sound files. The thing is how to fit it into the NGX. Not like Fred I am almost retired but not on the same type of aircraft. I would suppose his input would justifies looking into this .

Some of the real life checklists will refer to this. The purpose mainly is that you would reject takeoff for any reason before 80 knots, then for major items only between 80 its and V1 ( Fire, Engine failure, Thrust reverser deploy, loss of control or obstruction on the runway mainly. Then this call is also used to cross check airspeed indicators to confirm same indication since the pilot flying is looking outside ( the pilot non flying confirms indications). The MD11 and the 747 emulate the call.

I have been working for 1 week trying to find a solution to this 1 sec stutter every minute in FSX. I found this thread and deselected auto save in FSUIPC and it's a perfect flight now!!! Frames at 120 in cruise with PMDG 737NGX.Thank you all

I have exactly the same problem .... after the FSX conversion I get engine sounds in spotview but none in cockpit view .... I tried the the stereo patch available from DC# Airways and I now get engine sounds in cockpit view but no sounds in spotview ..... maybe a fix available in the sound cfg ??? This is valid for all DC3 R4D and C47 Microsoft or MAAM
